    Worse service I've seen in my life

    I bought a whole kitchen worth of appliances for this store and the vent came broken we called and they told us to email them we did and they didn't reply in a month so we we went to the store and they refused to refund it saying that we need to email the company and the manager refused to talk to me and would run away whenever I went to talk to him worst service ever never buy from this company we even bought a 4 year warranty and they said they couldn't do anything and this is a brand new product never used. I'm warning everyone never buy from this company.

    Purchased a microwave

    Canadian Appliance I dealt with Alex. I was looking for a particular microwave that they did not have in stock. Alex was very helpful in completing the necessary information to order one in for me. Alex was very courteous. It was a pleasure to deal with a Company that provided such great service.

    Kitchem applince upgrades done easily and well

    We are redoing our kitchen and wanted 4 new top of the line s/s appliances. We visited CAR and met Adib. He very efficiently and effectively showed us the relevant choices and allowed us to select which ones we wanted. We were done in an hour and got what we believe to be a great price on the 4 appliances. Delivery and installation were quickly and easily arranged. We would definitely go to CAR again and buy appliances from Adib.

    Stay far far away

    Purchased a TV that they advertised as in stock. I order it, they call the next day to say "oh it's going to take 2 weeks" - This was about 3 weeks ago. I tell them no problem as I'm moving in to a new house and it's not too much of a rush. I call back this past Monday (exactly 14 days since the order was placed) and they say "oh we don't have an ETA for the TV" (the person on the phone kept trying to avoid promising a day) - I kept asking a week? two weeks? a month? their response was "it will be in shortly". I called back Wednesday because now I found that another store actually has this model in stock and I can pick it up right away to ask about an ETA again. Their response? "Oh, we don't know, maybe 2-3 more weeks" I tell them to cancel it. They email me back today with the gem in the photo. 25% restocking fee on an item you don't have in stock, misinformed me about its stock status to get the order, and can't tell me an ETA for when I will get the product, and they want to charge a 25% restocking fee?! By the way, as of this writing; the TV is still showing as IN STOCK!! Horrible company. Stay as far away as you can. I went directly to my CC company.

    New Home purchase - All appliances

    We first met Josh Zinga on our first visit to The Canadian Appliance Source in Stoney Creek. We have been back to him to purchase additional items that we needed for our new home. I loved Josh's enthusiasm. He is very high energy. I also found him to be very informed about the many products that we purchased from the store. He offered advise and suggested the product that would best suit our needs. We have not received our new appliances as yet because we are waiting for the completion of the new home construction. So I cannot speak to anything of our experience past the actual purchase. I look forward to being completely satisfied with the completion of our experience. Thanks Josh Sylvia and Alan Pryde

    Kitchen renovation

    We were very pleased with the service we received from Denis Shapsay at CAS Etobicoke. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accomodating in helping us choose the best combination of appliances for our new kitchen. We never felt any pressure and over the course of our two visits he was geniunely trying to help us make the right decision.

    Stay away from this company,

    Worst costumer service ever. Multiple error in delivery and finally delivered all items damaged. They offered to repair damaged-delivered items, not to replace them!!!!!!! No one is in-charge for our loss..... stay away as much as you can... this is serious

    Complete Kitchen Appliance

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! Everything is great when you are making the purchase but if you face any issues after the delivery you are on your own( Even if u purchased 5 years of extended warranty!!). They are not responsive, give you many conflicting directions that no one in the company will be accountable for and come up with made up policies to justify why they are not helping you! 3 of my 5 appliances were found to be damaged when we opened the boxes for installation 5 days later and they refused to exchange them as it was outside the 48 hr ( made up policy)after delivery, which they do not communicate to you at the time of purchase or delivery.     Multiple appliances needed -- Antonio in Etobicoke is awesome rep

    Antonio at the Etobicoke CAS is an awesome rep, providing insight on value as well as options that met our needs for multiples appliances. A relief to work with Antonio as a reliable guide -- there are so many options when shopping online and the CAS website was easy to use and thorough, but the addition of Antonio as a guide made the world of difference.

    Terrible

    Terrible return policy on items that the store regularly stocks. When you call in and need something half of the staff sound clueless and unknowledgeable. One of the employees told me to contact samsung directly for an item i was missing, as if they were going to send it to me for free. Many other stores that you should give your hard earned money to. They take no responsibility for anything as well. Buyer beware!
