    freezergeddon

    Diffucult process to pay... part over phone then had to the remainder by creating an account. No flexibility on delivery .. came with a dented door on delivery.. complictated and lenghty repair service. Bounced around to many subcontractors and customer service agents ( 7 different company names so far.. terrible service. Cant even plug it in till door replaced.. 8 week wait.

    Condo Renovation

    Great deal. First guy I was dealing with became unresponsive so I called Asad and he has been great. Very responsive and positive. Got me a great deal on all 4 appliances (even when I made late changes). Delivery was perfect and appliances are beautiful! Would order again and work with Asad. Thanks!

    Purchase of washing machine and dryer.

    I found Nick Brady to be extremely helpful with good product knowledge. He answered all my questions without hesitation. He truly made the purchasing of my appliances an enjoyable experience.

    Washer

    Purchasing my new washer was the BEST experience I have had in many years. Trevor Payer listened to my list of preferences, led me to a machine that we purchased in a matter of minutes. Never did he try to impose his wishes or oversell me something I did not want. HE LISTENED.

    We downsized ... on the search for 'compact' appliances for our new home

    I did my research prior to visiting the Canadian Appliance Store in Hamilton. My hubby and I were pleasantly surprised with the selection and quality offered. Josh assisted with our purchase(s). He was amazing! ... Very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. A no pressure, honest environment unlike "other" appliance stores. The process was painless, seamless and on budget. Well done and thank-you!

    After doing my research I found this store to have excellent prices and excellent service. I dealt with Josh who is very patient and listens to what the customer needs. I recommend their Stoney Creek location. Trish

    Amana Chest Freezers

    I went to Canadian Appliance Source to look for a couple of chest freezers. Mike Lebrun helped me with what I wanted to buy. The whole transaction was done fast and in a professional manner. The price is also excellent!

    washing machine purchase, delivery, install and remove old

    Delivery and installation of washer. Very rude abrupt men came to deliver the appliance and hook it up. They were more worried about the 'eight deliveries' they wanted to make after this one than on the work at hand. Brought mud and dirt into the house, left it dirty. Left the new appliance hooked up to water but drain not secured.They were supposed to take away the old appliance. That got dumped and left at bottom of basement stairs. All the good work by sales people went down the drain with these delivery people.

    Kitchen appliances

    Went in about a week ago to buy a Range Hood and a Microwave from the Mississauga Store. Made a deposit, went home and a voice mail was waiting for me from Mike the sales person. That a blower for the Range Hood had to be purchased separately. I went back and showed Mike where the hood was part of/included with the price of the Hood. He so called fixed the issue and agreed that the blower was included with the Hood. Went home got another call that it wasn’t included. I called customer service and was told that the expert who knows about Range Hoods was busy. She took my phone number and told me I would get a call back. No call back to date. I waited a few days and sent Mike an email advising him that I wanted to cancel my order as I went somewhere else where I got a better price and better service. Within an hour I got and email telling me that the microwave was ready for pickup. I emailed Mike and told him I don’t want the microwave, he told me that I will have to pay 25% of the cost of the Microwave for re-stocking fee. I called customer service again and I asked how is it possible I have to pay 25% for restocking fee when I didn’t receive the item and the item was process after I cancel the order because of bad customer service. The customer service rep told me she will transfer my call to her Manager, I got his voice mail, I left a message, that was 3 days ago, no one returned my call. Not all stores are the same but Mississauga store is the worse, not knowledgeable about their product, not customer friendly and quick to take your money and problems to get your deposit back. Not impressed at all.
