We are planning a renovation and need to replace some of our old appliances. After comparing prices of different stores we decided to come to Canadian Appliances show room at heartland Mississauga. Mike Lebrun served us. Mike was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helped us getting good prices for everything. Completely satisfied with the service. I would definitely go to him should I need anything else in the future.

We were very lucky to have Angelo Moutoulas help us when we went to the Canadian Appliance store on Dufflaw. We were looking for new appliances to go with a kitchen renovation we're starting on. He was very helpful in showing us the various choices, and also how certain appliances would look good together because of their designs. We're looking forward to getting the kitchen done and can't wait to see everything in it. Angelo was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable with our decisions.

BUYER BEWARE - IF YOU PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE AND ENCOUNTER PROBLEMS THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. OTHERS HAVE EXPERIENCED PROBLEMS - LOOK AT THEIR BBB COMPLAINT HISTORY! I purchased a stove and fridge for a house from this appliance store. Measurements for the fridge received from my Contractor were incorrect (off by 3/4"). I was not at the house at the time of the delivery and the fridge was left on site out of the box but with the original plastic packaging around it. The next morning when I was at the house I saw it doesn't fit between the cabinets. I went to the store immediately and told them of my circumstances. They had me complete a 'Return/Exchange Approval Application' to be submitted to their Returns Department. I agreed to a 25% restocking fee and also agreed to purchase a smaller fridge from them. After numerous emails back and forth with the Returns Department I was advised via email "Upon review, we have declined the request for return. We require all returns to be returned with all original packaging." This is very unacceptable and frustrating as I agreed to the restocking charge and to purchase an alternate fridge from this company. Also, I was not the one who unpackaged the fridge - their delivery people unpackaged it and left it on site (I don't even know if it was packaged differently from how it looks when I first saw it) - no one has touched the fridge since it was delivered. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to work with me to try and find a mutually acceptable resolution is very unprofessional and disappointing.

My wife and I have purchased eight appliances worth over $11,000.00 with the assistance of the talented and professional sales associate, Alex Polak. He was sincere and very knowledgeable regarding our specific requests and needs. CAS has been right on time with all deliveries and extremely services ( large fridge disassembly and reassembly in our home). I highly recommend CAS and in particular, Alex Polak. I was extremely pleased with Imran at CA in Etobicoke, his knowledge about the product was very helpful in me making my choice, he also helped getting me the best price for everything including the extended warranty, I would most certainly go to him should I need anything else in the future

We normally shy away from writing reviews before delivery...... Our salesperson Jamie M. was very knowledgeable about all the brands and very attentive to our likes and dislikes. He put together a package for us that was very competitively priced and clearly explained how they shop the markets for "best price". Jamie also explained the extended warranty plans and scheduled delivery dates that are 4mths down the road due to construction schedules. At this time we have nothing but positive things to share about Jamie and CAS. Thanks Jamie.

Everything about my experience was amazing. The showroom looks great, well lit and well organized. The rep who helped me Louis was very professional, had extensive product knowledge and helped me find the appliances that suit my needs and budget. Their prices were the lowest I found in the city, and believe me I shopped around!

We had been looking for a specific TV for a while and had been to most of the major stores that handle such appliances. Finally we found Canadian Appliance Source online with availability and a better price than the competition. I phoned and spoke with Trevor and he answered my questions in a straight forward, clear and helpful way. It was clear he knew what he was talking about. We then went to the store and he was very helpful there as well, explaining and demonstrating our options. He was not at all condescending, as some can be when you ask simple questions about the technology. We bought the television and are very satisfied with the experience.

Sam the sales guy was a big let down as he did not advise us that the doors of my old fridge must be removed. This caused a lot of aggravation and the whole delivery experience was horrible. We contacted Sam and he was no help. Very disappointed. Sam had no courtesy to call back when we reached out to him. I will not recommend your company. It took 3 attempts before my new fridge was delivered. Very angry and not happy.

After comparing prices at different stores I decided to come to Canadian Appliances show room at 90 Ronson Drive to buy a range and refrigerator. The ad said I could get up to 20% additional discount for the refrigerator model I was interested in. Was served by Mark Yakut - very knowledgeable sales rep. Purchased the refrigerator (brand new, in box) at 20.5% additional discount (pleasant surprise) and a range. Completely satisfied with the service. Well done!
