Don't waste your time going anywhere else. One stop shopping for all major appliances. Alex was knowledgable of the various appliances and he found us exactly what we wanted and needed, in the colour we wanted quickly. He provided payment and delivery options yet was not pushy. The store is well stocked with many different brands of appliances, yet there was a lot of space to walk around and shop. Such a great experience, I will definitely shop at Canadian Appliance again and again.

Great pricing, great delivery. Reps are pretty knowledgeable but work from specification sheets. Bertazzoni gas range ad said it had warming drawer, spec sheet said flap, reality is there is nothing. Fridge from Frigidaire - Reviews said quiet; reality = most annoying appliance ever bought. The bosh dishwasher rated at 40db is bliss! My advice to you: Go see the appliance! I shopped on line :((

Our washer stopped working and we wanted a replacement as soon as possible. Joseph at CAS was not only able to offer us the best deal on a washer and dryer pair, but also a dishwasher and in the shortest delivery time possible. We were so pleased with the prompt and courteous service and everything arrived on time and is working great. I would definitely shop here again.

We ordered a package of appliances Feb.2nd. Delivery was scheduled for March 30th. We just happened to check our delivery schedule and we're shocked to find no delivery was coming! We had a gas fitter all lined up to install. The communication is terrible - we were told told we "may" have them this Thursday. We are in the middle of a huge kitchen Reno and of all the things to go wrong I never imagined it would be the appliances - sorry we bought them here, wished we had stayed local.

I dealt with Joseph Maghsoudi. I was replacing an appliance that was over 10 years old with another model from the same manufacturer and was not sure if the new model was an exact fit so that all the over the range hardware would exactly fit the new model. He took the time to analyze the specs and proved they were a match. He also discounted the microwave below the best price I could find from local stores on the internet. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend contacting Joseph.

I dealt with Scott and he was very helpful when I was looking for a range, fridge and microwave. Without being too pushy he showed me numerous models both in the store and on line. This is quite a chore since I'm a very fussy person. I ended up satisfied with what I had bought and looking forward to seeing it in my kitchen.

I called Canadian Appliance and spoke to Josh about the Samsung induction range they had on sale on their website. I told him we didn't need it right away and if they were able to keep it for us. Josh was great he said we only had to put 25% down on the range and that they could hold it for us at the Hamilton warehouse until we needed it. It was good that we were able to lock in the sale price and that we just had to call them when we wanted the range.
