I would like to bring your to attention my experience with exchanging an item. Trevor Payer was extremely helpful to me in going through the process of applying for a return. He was especially kind and efficient. In addition, I experienced the same kind attentive and helpful service from Mike in the Exchange Department. Thank you both so very much.

My new Samsung washer and dryer arrived today.. thank you Chris from Canadian appliance for great service. The delivery guys could not have been better, poor guys having to do yoga to install it on my condo, they remained funny and happy I am so pleased with this purchase and the service of both Chris and Jess from my Ovation delivery

My husband and I recently purchased several appliances for our new home. Alex provided us with excellent, very knowledgeable service to help us make our selections based on our family's needs. I have since had a couple of follow-up discussions with Alex with inquiries about our appliance specs for our builder/prices changes, etc. and Alex not only remembered me but he provided the same great, friendly service to make the process seamless. We have already recommended Canadian Appliance Source to a friend and will continue to do so in future. We were overall very pleased with the assistance that Alex provided and look forward to using our new appliances in August!

Went to CAS Stoney Creek after looking at their website and comparing prices with several other retailers. Josh Zinga met us and started showing us around (politely, at our leisure, and without any pressure). He quickly determined our needs and made recommendations that were excellent and within our price point. Josh definitely very was knowledgeable. CAS has the best prices we have seen on each and every one of the appliances we required and Josh also included the "mail-in rebates" as discounts so we don't have to go through the post sale paperwork. Obviously haven't taken delivery as yet so will post again once all is received and installed.

Did some shopping around for a washer and dryer so I could compare cost. Really didn't know what make or model I really wanted, so I put Gladwyn Mackinnon, the salesman, through the wringer, or so to speak. He gave me the information I needed to make a sound decision and helped me out regarding the final price. Although the product has not been delivered yet, I feel confident that I will be happy with the choice I made.

Ryan Noble got me the best possible price. he bent over backwards to beat the price from the competitor... Very much appreciated....Keeping your customer's happy....I told 2 friends who will tell 2 friends etc. etc. etc.....

Worst experience any one can have. I bought Samsung fridge from Canadian Appliance Source. Fridge right out of box have problems. Door was broken, not closing properly and handle wont fit. I called these people all they did is refer to me to a 3rd party contractor who fixes for Samsung. Also these people wont take back product even if it is faulty out of box. After 6 Days I am still waiting for repair man to come and fix. Word of advise, buy from reputable stores who will give full support after they sell product. You can get price match, some stores even gives you 10% discount on top of price match. Stay away from Canadian Appliance and Samsung appliance if you can.

My wife and I are renovating our kitchen and we were unsure of what appliances to go with. We went to the Dufflaw store and met Angelo Moutoulas. He welcomed us to the store and made us feel right at home. We explained our situation and showed him our kitchen specs. He proceeded to show us options and ideas that worked in the space we had and was in our budget. Angelo was patient with our questions and needs and his vast knowledge of the products helped us make our decision. I entered the store nervous and Angelo had me leaving relaxed and at ease with my purchases. I would recommend dealing with Angelo for your appliance needs.

This was our first time dealing with Canadian Appliance Source so we didn't know what to expect. We were in the market for a new dishwasher after our 3 years old LG died. Called the store (located nearby Yorkdale Mall) in advance to confirm price and availability after which we went to the store to see the product and finalize the transaction. Asad, the salesman, has proven very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. On top, there was no pressure to buy anything. Installation was also very quick and done to perfection. We'll return as we have a couple more things to get for our kitchen. We strongly recommend CAS.
