Was under time and budget pressure to get a new washer. I quickly referenced Consumer Reports for a selection of recommended washers. Reached to Mark Y. out for a price at Canadian Appliance Source and quickly made a deal on an inbox-discontinued model that respected our budget and delivery timelines and came in almost exactly the same as their big box competition. These guys are busy, so email is not the best channel to reach them. But calling them worked like a charm. We'll shop with CAS in the future.

We are renovating this summer but our dishwasher prematurely failed. We were able to get the dishwasher we had bought for the summer reno early and quickly and were impressed by our sales associate Louis' support

Getting the kitchen renovated and needed to purchase a new stove. I did some research on prices in the area and decided to check out Canadian Appliance as they offered the best price. I had the pleasure of dealing with Louie. Louie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He answered our questions regarding the model of stove we were interested and we did not feel rushed in making a decision. We are happy with our purchase and it was within our price range. We will be replacing our refrigerator and will return to Canadian Appliance. Thank you Louie S.

Alex was exceptional to deal with. He got me the best prices in the market on all of my appliances. I was amazed at his extensive email after the sale with links to each of my appliances for both myself, and the builder spec sheets. Very impressed with his after sale service, and would recommend him to all!

My wife and I certainly did not expect the friendly experience we had immediately on entering the CAS. Josh took us directly to the Bosch dishwasher range on display, explained in detail the characteristics of the entire range, pointed out what requirements would need to be met on their proper maintenance, and compared the costs (these being well below those of other merchants in our area). He then helped us to establish which product would best meet our needs, which turned out to be that of lowest cost. We left with the feeling that we had never experienced a more pleasant and helpful salesperson.

I went into the store on the advice of my brother and dealt with Dave. He was very knowledgeable about the products and listened to what I was looking for. He didn't push me to buy all of one product line because he realized what I was looking for in each a fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave wasn't available in one product line. When I left the store I felt extremely happy with all my purchases. I inadvertently left my notebook with all the details of my other purchases for my reno on his desk. He was kind enough to call me and let me know I had left it. Since he lived very close to where I do Dave actually dropped it off on his way home. That is going above and beyond. Thank you Dave. We researched and researched our purchases for our tiny apartment in Toronto. We ended up with the LG fridge and Samsung stove. We're delighted and the sales person, Dave Thomas was most helpful and really nice to work with too.
