We were looking for a double wall oven to replace the one we have. After scanning the internet we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, so we hit the major stores but were disappointed to see they only carried one sample to view. Then we went to The Canadian Appliance Source store and they had ALL the major brands on display. Upon entering the store Ajay greeted us and asked what we were looking for then directed us to that area. He did not badger us as so many salesmen do but just said "I am here if you have any questions", then left us to it. When we had questions he was very helpful and went beyond the call of duty. He made our buying experience most enjoyable and I would recommend him to anyone buying an appliance. Ajay Chibber, Thank you so much.

We purchased a new dishwasher from Dan in the Ottawa store over the phone. Excellent service! Dan was very helpful and answered all of our many questions. The dishwasher works great!

We walked into CA a few times for quotes before deciding , the staff always provided us with the best attention and service , feeling absolutely no pressure. Vhatsy the sales rep helped us through the process as we needed to equip the whole house with appliances . She provided us, not only with the best deal, but with all the technical answers that we had. Best service ever received while buying appliances .

after i shopped around, i decided to go with CAS, first item was a microwave and oven combo, because the builder was waiting for the cut-out size. the sales Adib Narang has a very good knowledge of all the products, and is very easy and fun to deal with. when i had questions and requests by email, he always gave me quick response. and on top of everything, the PRICES WAS VERY COMPETITIVE! then i bought one after another, all my kitchen and laundry stuff was done. right before i set up the delivery, i threw a tv in, so 8 items only pay 1 delivery fee! i'll definitely recommend CAS and Adib!

We would recommend Canadian Appliances & especially the salesman, Angelo Moutoulas, who gave us both excellent advice & superb service. When there was a glitch in the delivery of one of our appliances he not only sorted it out but also arranged for an upgrade in the one appliance. We continue to recommend him to our friends & acquaintances.

Needed new dishwasher - talked to Louie who was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable - he answered a few questions after the fact. Dishwasher had to be ordered and arrived on time. Also, delivery, installation by Mike was excellent (on time), clean, polite and friendly. Mike even went beyond by removing and fixing our cupboard door to fit - excellent work. Good service from beginning to end. We had also purchased a clothes washer last year.

Joseph was very helpful in getting us a replacement dishwasher and ready for pickup within a couple of days. Our dishwasher broke down right in the middle of the holidays with many family members in our home (definitely needed!)

We would like to thank George at Canadian Appliance source he was able to help us choose a new gas range with the features we needed and the cost to fit our budget. He is very knowledgable, experienced providing us with several options and allowing us to choose without any pressure. He was very pleasant and we would not hesitate to return for our next appliance purchase. Thank you George.
