It was a brand new store in Montreal ! CAS had just opened 10 days before! Laurent, our sales representative was very efficient in showing us various models of oven (not too many, just enough), and we chose a Whirlpool model. Laurent did a good follow-up and made sure it would be delivered on time. Great!

I could not have asked for a better service than one that Nick Brady provided me with while making a purchase over the phone. Polite, personable, none pressuring, genuine, easy to communicate with, beyond helping, to the point and so on and so forth. I hope Canada Appliance has more employees like him. My wall oven of over 25 years finally had its last moment this past weekend. Given where I live, the options to replace my oven are very limited in both selection and price. After a quick internet search, Canadian Appliance Source in Ottawa was able to offer a great price on the product I needed. I connected with Chris at the Ottawa store and his helpful explanations and price offer was all I needed to hear. Thanks Chris for your help. Looking forward to using my new Wall Oven!.

Chris was a new employee and I would like to say he was extremely helpful, polite, and very professional. The prices are very competitive but I was very happy with my shopping experience.

We walked into the showroom after our 27 year old Whirlpool washing machine died. We had decided what we wanted before entering the store and knew the expected price. We were very courteously received by Krikor who quickly showed us the Maytag washer and dryer we were looking for. The price was exactly what we expected. The delivery cost and cost to remove the old machines was nominal. The delivery date was three days later. Krikor set everything up and processed our payment very efficiently. He had some tips for us about using the machines. The delivery went very smoothly. The delivery personnel were most polite and accommodating and we were glad to see them take out the old machines to dispose of properly for us. Although the machines were unpacked and placed for us, they were not connected to the power or water. We ran into a problem setting up the washer when we could not pull the power cord out of the back of the machine. A call to customer service did not enlighten us what to do so a technician came the next day. He said the "shipping bolts" had not been removed. I told him they were too stuck to unscrew. He had to remove the top of the machine in order to remove the four shipping bolt assemblies and pull out the power cord for use. He acknowledged that we the customers could not (and probably should not) have done this ourselves. The warranty might have been affected had we tried to remove the top of the machine ourselves. When we first used the Maytag machines, we were pleased with the performance of both the washer and the dryer. Quiet, efficient, easy controls to learn, very clean results. Leave the washer door open after using to prevent mold. We sent a letter to Whirlpool Customer Experience to tell them about the shipping bolt problem with recommendations to address this in future such as "the delivery personnel should remove the shipping bolts when they unpack the machine." Other than the shipping bolt problem, we were very satisfied with the products and the shopping experience and will certainly go back to Krikor at Canadian Appliance Source Montreal if we need to replace something else in our home.

We purchased our new appliances and were pleased with how helpful an informative Josh was. He also made sure we were getting the best price possible. We are looking forward to the delivery in the near future.

First time dealing with CAS when I bought our new range. Service was friendly efficient and the salesman was knowledgable and easy to deal with. Had my appliance delivered a week earlier than planned which was wonderful. I would visit the store again if needing any other appliances

New Induction stove, fridge, Microwave & dishwasher. These people were great to work with. Dealt fast and efficiently with warranty damage claim. I highly recommend them! They were competitive and delivered when they said they would.

Alex was most helpful during our visit to the store as well as promptly following up on a few questions and keeping us in the loop once we were able to confirm our required delivery date some 3 months after ordering the appliances. The delivery service was fantastic, with a three hour delivery window confirmed the day prior to delivery and a further confirmation that delivery would be within half an hour on the scheduled delivery date. Delivery personnel were extremely courteous and careful while moving in the appliances. Follow up was made about an hour after delivery to ascertain how the delivery service had been. It's too bad there aren't more companies that provide such a high level of customer service.

I have been going to CAS for my appliances on several occasions with Ajay helping us finding the right models for us. I have found CAS to have a large selection, the best price overall and Ajay's service has been excellent. I would recommend CAS and Ajay for your appliance needs.
