Terrible service for installation of the new washer/dryer and pick up of the old appliances. Would not disconnect old one, did not install dryer, did not pick up the old one on the same day. I would not recommend this service at all. How to make something simple be complicated.

Initially I have purchased my full kitchen suit from CAS Mississauga branch after doing my research for the appliance brand, reliability and affordability. Vathsala came to assist me and she was very professional and helpful and when she saw that I have done my research and was hesitant between either Maytag or Samsung suite. She provided her suggestions immediately and the reason for her suggestion. Initially CAS prices were a little bit higher than the store that I usually make my purchases from. She immediately requested her manager assistance, who was very professional, business oriented person and not only match the price but provided a better deal. Vathsala, provided me with an excellent advice for purchasing the second kitchen suite that I am planning to purchase in June without over stressing my budget. So, me and my wife decide to go for a significant upgraded kitchen suite. I thought customer service cannot be improved any further as they have done a magnificent job. I was wrong as they have gone above and beyond the norm to help us out. Vathsala, was on the run to get the best deal for us and with the help or her colleague Mike and her manager provided me with a dream kitchen suite that was in my budget reach and most importantly made my wife extremely happy. I have to sincerely thank Vathsala, Mike and their manager for their great customer service and I will be eagerly awaiting for the appliance arrival in my new home.

We had never dealt with CAS before but they came highly recommended. Not only did We find the range we wanted and a great price the service we received from Nick was top notch. Nick knew his product and was extremely helpful. We were in and out very quickly. We will use CAS again in the future.

After looking around for a new fridge and not so happy with the service we found, we stumbled upon CAS that had only been open for 3 weeks in Montreal. We were greeted with a smile by Francois/Frank and had great service. He definitely knew his products, was very friendly and we received our new fridge a few days later and are loving it. We will definitely recommend CAS and return in future when we need appliances.

i dealt with Laurent during the first week of this new store's operation. Store is quite handsome, good range of products in fine display. Laurent was quite pleasant and helpful. So far dishwasher(Bosch) excellent, super quiet super clean..

I've met with Daniel in Etobicoke showroom 3 times over past 2 weeks Each encounter with him was very pleasant and informative On the 3rd visit we put together kitchen and laundry package, which after doing some extensive research, we found quite satisfactory We really appreciated his "no pressure" sales approach, product information she shared and his "sunny disposition"

I called Canadian Appliance after finding a washer/dryer on their website that I was interested in. The salesperson was helpful, and offered a small discount which I appreciated, so I ended up buying. I purchased a stove from CAS in the past and was quite happy with the price, delivery, set up etc. I would recommend this company. The purchase went smoothly, the prices are decent compared to other companies, and I have no complaints with delivery and set up.

Great experiance. Went in knowing pretty much what we wanted. Price was by far the best advertise. Charles ended up finding us a better machine for less money then the origanal one we where intrested in. Good, friendly customer service. Would not hesitate to shop here again.
