First, this review is about Mr. Josh the CAS agent who responded to my call and went all the way until "Done Deal." He showed patience and responded clearly to my questions about the item purchased. However, I noticed that the authority of agents are so limited or even trivial when it comes to the price and discounts. That is why customers require talking to the supervisor frequently. I guess this undermines the role of customer care agents in finalizing deals, Josh proved considerate and understandinf. Thanks, Josh

I ordered a 30" microwave and paid in full. When it was delivered, it was 27". To add to my surprise, when i turned on the microwave, the fan made a very loud noise and i had to call tech support who came to fix it. After fixing, i tried to install in the cabinet and found that the microwave delivered was incorrect size. When i contacted customer service, i was told that this is already installed. How can i install if it doesn't fit in ?? I had a solid run around for the business i did with this store. I will never recommend to any friends or family. Shame on you guys. Such a poor service.

Scott answered my call when I called in with a question. He was very helpful, personable and knowledgeable. Absolutely wonderful to deal with! Ended up ordering what I wanted over the phone and arranging delivery and installation. If all goes well there if will be a perfect experience. Will definitely shop here again!

Imran was extremely helpful both on the phone and in person. Very knowledgeable and had patience for my thousands of questions. We purchased 4 appliances and feel confident with what we purchased based on his knowledge.

Salesperson Ravi Kohli was extremely helpful through a difficult process where I ordered a machine and then had to cancel. He even followed through to make sure I got my refund!

RE:purchase experience with Vathsy I've been shopping around for new refrigerator and I found Canadian Appliance Source had some of the best prices. While in the store Vathsy, it was clear that she was very knowledgeable patient and extremely helpful. Definitely a very good service from her ! We had a very good experience at CAS. Joseph was most helpful and knowledgeable on the products. We never felt pushed into purchasing a product during our visit. We're renovating a condo unit and he raised some key points on washer/dryer stackables to consider given our tight space req'ts. Though we ended up purchasing the larger units, he also gave us a good price on the compact Bosch units with a condenser given potential restrictions we might face. A few days later, once the walls were opened, we quickly realized the larger units were going to be too constricting and realized the 24" Bosch units were the way to go. Joseph exchanged them immediately upon our request honoring the initial discount offered during our store visit.

I bought the Bosch 800 series stackable dishwasher and dryer. It took weeks for delivery (not a huge deal) and then when it was delivered, there was a crack in the top of the washer. I have no idea how the crack occurred. The delivery men told me that the company would contact me, and took pictures of the crack, and I did not sign for the delivery. Despite all of the us, I have been given the run around for almost 3 weeks, have had no washer to use (they said I could not use if it its being returned) and no one will get back to me and get me the washer I paid for. Terrible customer service! I don't understand how a company can refuse to give me what I paid for, which is a new, uncracked washer!!!!

Just needed a fridge. I got a terrifying experience. First of all the refrigerator was missing screws to put it together, and it had damages to it. Second the delivery individuals had one nice guy and one angry guy. The angry guy standing at 6 foot 5 in my home was telling my 70 year old Dad to stop complaining when my Fathet saw a scratch. Suffice to say this delivery individual got so angry I asked him to step outside of my home because he was intimidating my Father. Why? Outside he told me he was fed up with people taking advantage of the delivery drivers. It went into a non sensical tirade of rage. I felt forced to sign the documents that everything was fine just so he would leave. I called to complain and was totally brushed off by the company. DO NOT buy anything from this company. Have another big box store just price match them. In 44 years of being alive, I have never experienced someone walk into my home and basically intimidate my Father in my house and the company seems fine with it!

Angelo made this a fantastic shopping experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We visited all of the box stores first for appliances, but Angelo/Canadian Appliance Source far surpassed the other stores in terms of customer service and price. Will definitely shop here again!
