I bought a gas range, fridge and dishwasher. Daniel was a great sales person in the store. Scheduled my delivery and everything. I wanted to buy something else and he never returned my phone calls or emails. The delivery company was atrocious. The delivery guys demanded my old stove and would not unpack the dishwasher. Left it in the living room of my condo and demanded that I sign the release. Horrible delivery company ever! I would recommend the company for great prices and if you can pick up the appliances it is great. If you are relying on delivery, I would say beware!

We were doing a full kitchen renovation and were frustrated with appliance shopping and then fortunately met Mathieu at Canadian Appliance on Merivale. We were challenged with buying a built-in oven that would fit into an existing cabinet. After speaking with other appliance stores, Mathieu was the only one who recommended Bosch as the solution. However, before we made the commitment to buy he arranged for his appliance installers to come to our place to ensure his recommendation was correct and the rest is history. We outfitted our new kitchen with a built in convection oven, a microwave convection oven, a warming oven - one of the best features of the new kitchen - and a 40 decibal dishwasher which is so quiet in our open plan house that we were uncertain it was running until we opened it after the finish cycle. We highly recommend Canadian Appliance Services.

I had the pleasure of dealing with George Moutoulas last for all my appliances needs. George was very curious, kind, informative and not a pushy saleman which I really appreciate. George listened to what we were looking for and catered to those needs, he was listening to all our requirements and helped to choose kitchen appliances based on our needs. We closed the deal on everything quickly considering how many appliances we purchased. I like the fact that he didn't act like a salesman trying to push the most expensive products on us like most salesman do. I was very impressed on his deep knowledge towards every product, he clearly has done his research and homework. I would definitely purchase again at Canada Appliances because of how well my experience went with George. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase appliances or anything the store has to offer.

A must visit. Showroom has all the new appliances on the market. I only bought the washer in the end for about 600, incl. delivery and removal. When I had to change my order because of some issues with my original choice, Trevor was fast and courteous about it and waived restocking because the order wasn't yet filled even though I ended up spending a lot less money at the store. Saved me lots of time and money. No point in looking around because they match the best price advertised/at all major retailers shown on their software systems. Only thing is often the sales expiry dates are inaccurate on the website (they always say sale ends today, so there's not really a rush to make purchase despite what the website says).

I purchased these appliances while a renovation was going on. They were kind enough to hold them for me until I was ready to receive and install them. The sales person was very informative, and very responsive to all email exchanges regarding the purchase including setting up delivery. The delivery service was also very good.

We bought an Electrolux microwave combination oven, an Electrolux refrigerator, an Electrolux chimney hood fan and a Bosch dishwasher last week with the help of skilled sales representative, Ravi Kohli. He suggested us to purchase the newer model dishwasher for better price. We are very satisfied with the service, we received from Ravi.
