We have not received the fridge as yet but were very impressed by the service of Charles Wolbert. it was very busy in the store but he was very patient and took his time with us. Never pushy with the sale and took time to explain an additional appliance inquiry that we had.

My Electrolux induction range did not work and when we first got it the repairman said not to accept a repair job because the range was compromised and would not last since the fans weren't working. Canadian Appliance Source would not call Electrolux and would not even take my calls. I didn't get a new range and three years later it broke while making Christmas dinner for 16 people who had come from Germany and Alberta. What a nightmare Now it's going to cost $2,000.00 plus tax to fix. Called them and spoke to Mr. Kelly. They still don't care. Once they have your money, they won't even take your calls.

I first did a lot of research online about the products I was looking for. Numerous times the best information and price were at CAS so we decided to visit the Mississauga store where we were assisted by Gladwyn. In simple terms, he was amazingly efficient and friendly and before we knew it we were all setup with our purchase.

We purchased a stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher in November. Our sales rep - Joseph Ganjeh Maghsoudi was very helpful in helping us select our appliances. We did however, have to wait a few weeks for the appliances as the fridge wasn't available. All in all, we were satisfied with the purchase and the price.

I went in to look at stoves and Natalie Rotem walk both my partner and meyself through all the different brands. Her expertise and knowledge was outstanding and made my decision process easier. Her patience to wait while I decided was appreciated. I am looking to buy a washer and dryer set and will definitely be contacting Ms. Rotem again.

Our office needed a dishwasher immediately that was reasonably priced and reliable. We got got both thanks to Imran. I would definitely recommend Canadian Appliance Source to anyone looking for great bargains and service.

I purchased a GE dishwasher and the salesman said I was getting a great deal for buying the floor model. Well that great deal didn't turn out to be a great deal after all. As I had never bought a new dishwasher I wasn't sure what was supposed to come with it, although I knew there should be some sort of installation package. You can see where this is going... The problem started with the delivery. On the delivery form the driver gave me, was an area to sign saying you had inspected it and although I tried to unwrap it and inspect it the driver said it doesn't matter if there is damage we won't take it back you have to call sales. As they loaded it incorrectly in the truck there was damage on the bottom plate, luckily it was only cosmetic. I opened the dishwasher and as you would expect there was no installation package. I immediately called the salesman I worked with at the shop Imran Ahmed and he said he would get it to me right away. Three days after I called again as it still hadn't arrived and he said it would come right away. Needless to say I never got it and had to source the parts from 2 different suppliers around Toronto. Because of this my installer ended up coming back twice and charging me extra for the installation, so any discount I got from buying the show model was gone. As they don't stand behind there products and there delivery service is deplorable I would recommend avoiding Canadian Appliance Source Etobicoke.

CAS offered the best deal on the washer / dryer combo we were considering for our home. They came in almost $1300 less than their competitors. Dave Thomas, our salesman, was helpful and knowledgeable about the units they had available. He was polite, patient with all my questions and not pushy. We paid extra for delivery, removal of old appliances and installation of new. I would skip the installation fee and do it yourself. The delivery company, while serviceable in terms of delivering the appliances, was lacking when it came to installation knowledge. I ended up redoing their install job. Overall I was satisfied with the service Dave provided but the delivery portion was lacking.
