I had done some research online before deciding on the dishwasher I wanted then called a few places for prices and ETA's. Canadian Appliances had the shortest wait time and the best price. I was pleasantly suprised at how available and helpful Trevor was. I will definitely go back for my next appliance purchase!

Adib was was very efficient and good to deal with. He handled everything over the phone from pricing to product discription and all I needed to do was go in the sign contract. Great customer service.

I was in a real dilemma after purchasing a fridge from Direct Buy for a commercial space that I was leasing out for a tenant. It became clearly evident that Direct Buy was not going to meet my timeline and I only had a couple of days to find something else. I called Canadian Appliance and they were able to provide me with a fridge to meet the specs for immediate pick up. Both I and the new tenant are very happy.

Range was delivered yesterday and it looks great.We can't hook up with gas until the new year but if it works as good as it looks and as good as Dan Thorenton treated us,we will be ecstatic! Dan is very friendly,fun to deal with and extremely helpful in pointing out various savings.

Canadian Appliance Store (CAS) was actually recommended to us by a close friend. Our 25 year old Maytag washing machine was not worth the major repair it needed so we called a close friend who happens to be an appliance repairman and was advised that we should continue with Maytag. He recommended CAS for the value of product and price. We went there; were met by Dan Thorenton who provided us with great service, advice and recommendations. He was very knowledgeable, polite and not pushy at all. We would recommend this store and this sale person any day.

My husband and I visited the Ottawa (Nepean) showroom after researching several appliances on the CAS website. We were cordially greeted by Dan Thorenton, who was very knowledgeable and polite. It was great to actually see the wide array of appliances on display in this showroom. Our questions were well addressed and we are very happy with the after purchase assistance Dan has provided. We purchased all our kitchen appliances (fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, built-in wall ovens, and cooktop fan), as well as a washer and dryer. We are pleased with the package purchase discount we received. Looking forward to using these appliances in our new home next year. Thank You!

The absolute worst. Good at selling, extremely bad at customer service. Actually, dealing with customer service is like dealing with a completely different company, nobody knows what is happening, add to this lots of attitude, different answers for the same question, blaming one another (one went as far as to call the person who placed my service request as 'Stupid, doesn't know what she's doing'). I would not recommend this place for anyone.

I required a new range before Christmas. Model I initially wanted was not available until the new year. Louis S was very helpful in providing other options to consider. After some research, I did go with his recommendation. I was able to take care of all the details over the phone. Louie provided confirmations and updates through email. Rather than have it delivered, I opted to have it delivered to the store for subsequent pickup. The range was ordered, and delivered to the store on schedule. A pickup notice was emailed to me and I went to the store to finalize payment and pick up the range. I dealt with Morgan at the store; he was very professional and helpful in the process. The only negative thing I have to add to my experience is the fact that the warehouse folks do not help with the loading of the appliance. Although this was noted on my pickup notice, it seems bizarre to me. I helped the guy slide the range from the raised loading dock onto the ground, then it was left to me to get it loaded onto my vehicle. All in all I was happy with my purchase.

We had a great experience purchasing a fridge, gas stove, and hood vent from Ajay. He was helpful and managed to save us money so we paid less than expected. The delivery was scheduled and completed to our satisfaction. We had an issue with one of the filters for the hood vent. It came slightly damaged and bent. The customer service department rectified the situation quickly and sent a new filter to our home. Overall... great sales rep, great prices (most economical in the city), great delivery, and great customer service department. Highly recommend!
