Trevor P was my salesman and as I was worried about getting my new washer before Christmas, he kindly took my order over the phone. We had several pleasant phone exchanges to get all our information correct and finalized. Trevor was most pleasant and prompt to help and I am so happy to have him to assist me! Thank you for making a necessary job so easy.

I bought a number of appliances from Canadian Appliance Source and Dave Thomas (Sales Rep) was exceptionally knowledgeable and very responsive to all my questions/requests. They were flexible with delivery dates and in fact held on to my appliances with only a deposit for months until I was ready to have them delivered. Their prices are the lowest in the GTA but customer service from Dave was exceptional. I would purchase all my appliances from Canadian Appliance Source.

I phoned store, Mathieu Laquerre answered. I gave him the product numbers, he took my visa number, I never went into Ottawa to the store. Matt was always there if I had a question no matter how big or small. If I ever need any other appliances I will definately call Matt. What I really liked was there was no pressure to buy more expensive appliances. Matt was the best!!!

We recently purchased a dishwasher in the Canadian Appliances Store and are very satisfied with the customer service, prices and delivery (for home delivery took about 2 weeks) . We would like to thank the sale’s representative D.T. for helping us to make a better choice and for his fair and professional attitude. He suggested different dishwasher that we came to look for and we are happy of the choice.

Louie was extremely helpful in assisting us with the purchase of our stove. He showed us various models and listened to what we required in a stove. Louie was able to beat all competitors prices. I will recommend him to friends and family.

I purchased a washer dryer combo today and was very happy with the service provided by brian hope he was very informative and helpful. I am hoping the delivery I have scheduled next week goes the same as it went today. Thank you

Great sales and customer service. Terrible warranty and repair support. Bought this oven last year and burners stopped working on two occasions. Paid for extended warranty, got a very bureaucratic unfriendly customer repair service and support. Took 1 month to get a technician onsite, and warranty rep threatens to charge you if you don't trouble shoot to their liking. I feel like buying a brand new stove from a truly customer friendly company so I will never have to deal with these people ever again.

AJ helped me pick a new dryer, it was between Samsung and Whirlpool. We decided to buy the Whirlpool a more expensive machine at the best price around. Snow storm on Friday so we had it delivered on the Monday. Two very nice polite guys delivered my new machine. Yes I would buy from Canadian Appliance again. Delivery service was outstanding!

I had the pleasure of being served by Sam, who was both personable and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain the various features of the dryer that I was purchasing and review the options available from delivery to setup. It was actually refreshing to be treated as something other than a number and be rushed through a process. I would definitely consider using Real Canadian Appliance Source again, and will ask for Sam.

Got very good buying advice from the sales person. Happy with the product (Broan range hood) and would shop again when in need. I find it rare that the salesman's advice is honest so that is a very good thing for me.
