We had never heard of CAS before, it was as we were doing research on Houzz for a kitchen hood that our research led us to CAS site that we found very interesting about the product offering and prices, enough to justify a trip to their Ottawa branch for a visit, but not just for the kitchen hood but also for a dual energy range. As soon as we entered the branch we were welcome by Trevor who guided us very professionally by explaining us all the different features of each range, so we could finally make a final choice.

I like the store, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. After a lot of shopping around I was very happy with prices and the quality. I would sure recommend to check them out.

Our sales experience at Canadian Appliance Source, Mississauga with Mr. Brian Hope was what we expected it to be. He was not pushy with the sale but listened to our needs and also suggested what we should purchase. It was pleasant and it was easy to make up our minds. We went in to purchase the GE Gas cooking range but ended up also purchasing the stainless steel Cyclone Hood. Well lit store and great pricing.

We worked with Daniel at Canadian Appliance Source to purchase a new induction cooktop. Daniel was very helpful and worked after hours to respond to our questions. Daniel and CAS stood by their commitment to match prices at other stores and even their own price reductions.

I purchased 5 appliances over the phone with Dan Thorenton and he took the time to show me a few options, thoroughly explaining my options and made sure they fell within my price point. Excellent service, quick and painless and I didn't even need to step into the store!

Ordered a dishwasher by phone, that went fine. Delivery fell thru 2 times, waited called...never came. 2nd time without even a phone call to notify me. Nobody had a clue what was going on, waited on hold for prob 2 hours in total, having to call back many, many times only to get some general voice mail box. Supervisor didn't even know what was going on. According to his report my dishwasher was delivered. 3rd attempt it finally arrived (late) and had a huge dent in the front, box had holes in it. "Customer service" could have cared less when I finally cancelled my order. Thankfully it was dented I guess otherwise I'd have been charged a 25% restocking fee or be waiting weeks for it to maybe arrive. No apologies. I suggest use them for a quote (as their prices are good) then get it priced matched at a big box store and save the headaches. These guys could care less about service once they have your $$, and since you pay in full upfront you're at their mercy. Don't be fooled by their message while you are on hold that claims "they treat every customer like family" LOL!!!! Lots of warm fuzzy stuff on that message.... I heard it ALOT!!! It annoyed me even more. Hope my experience saves someone some time and grief.

I was very impressed with Imran Ahmed, our salesperson. He was very helpful, and went out of his way on our behalf. I will be buying all my appliances from him and from Canadian Appliances. Prices are excellent and the service is superb.

Having just purchased a new microwave last week. i found myself needing a new washer. Mark Yakut at the CAS Ronson adress was attentive and helpful in the decision making process, as well as arranging delivery and disposal of the old machine. I would recommend CAS and Mark without hesitation.

Ordered a Panasonic microwave over the telephone from Jamie Malamud. I gave him the best price I had for the item and he beat it by 8%. Service was quick and efficient and I will be shortly be ordering a gas oven.

At first I was dealing with other appliances store's sales agent. Asking for a quote every time from them; their prices are frickin' high without mercy! I was browsing for other sources where to buy for a better prices or for a better deal; came across of the CAS (canadianappliancesources.ca), I was surprised of their prices when compared with other appliances store. Aside from better price, one of the Customer Service (Mark Yakut) gave me additional discount and he's very helpful kind Customer Service agent. I am happy and satisfied dealing with CAS. I was informed that my order will be delivered from Toronto to Calgary in less than a week from the time of purchase. 5-Stars for CAS and Mr. Mark Yakut
