We came into the store to acquire an entire appliance package for our new condo. We met Dan Thorenton who was extremely helpful to us. We had researched the appliances and knew exactly the ones we wanted. We had pricing quotes and ads from several other competitors and CAS cheerfully met or beat the competition with their pricing. Since we were in the Gatineau area for only 3 weeks we were a bit concerned about delivery which they had initially set for 3+ weeks. However, Dan worked with management and was able to get our appliances delivered in less than 10 days with the exception of the dishwasher but was not too inconvenient.

When entering the store Jamie M welcomed us and was in the process of reviewing microwaves at his desk. Within 15 minutes we had viewed and evaluated several units and proceeded with our purchase. Very professional and knowledgeable.

We shopped around at the "big box stores" near us which had a promotion going on appliances, and then checked out Canadian Appliance Source, dealing with Mathieu Laquerre who was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. As we were replacing all our kitchen appliances, as well as the cabinetry, we spent some time communicating back and forth with Mathieu with various questions and he provided feedback and options. He was very helpful, and we never felt pressured, but rather his follow up with us was always timely. We didn't feel that we were "just another sale". A great job by Mat.

My boyfriend and I were looking to replace our wall-in oven. Jamie greeted and us and we discussed the reason of our visit. Once we told him our price point he didn't push any product that was out of our range. He gave us great demonstration of the product, was patient and friendly. We had shopped around before ending up at CAS and no other prices could compare. It was really a pleasant experience with Jamie. We ended up with a new oven and a new fridge! Thanks for all your help!

Good service from Matthieu and also another salesperson who got us our range hood even though they don't normally allow pick-ups on Sunday. A small selection of higher power range hoods and couldn't test it out in store for strength and noise level, but I think I got what I needed (still need to install and try out). Edit: We have installed the hood and it is great. Very quiet on lowest speed. Very powerful on highest speed. Only beef is the buttons are close together and could be more intuitive.

We got a referral from someone to visit Canadian Appliances, at first prices seemed almost the same as other retailers. Mr. Imran Ahmed helped us with our visit and gave us the best prices and did his best to give us the best. I would recommend him to anyone purchasing appliances which I have also done to our new homeowners. Very polite, helpful and we left with a great experience without going over our budget. If your visiting the Etobicoke location please ask for Imran. He gave us all the information we needed and we were satisfied with our purchase.

Louie Samonas, our sales rep was simply amazing. He listened to our plans for redesigning our kitchen, what we wanted for appliances and showed us appliances to suit. His low key approach, product knowledge and focus on keeping to our budget made the process a snap. As a professional home and renovation designer, I will be referring my clients to Louie and Canadian Appliance Source.

We are very pleased with our purchase . Mathieu Laquerre helped us in sellecting all five appliances. He is very professional and understanding and we took his recommendations and we strongly reccomend the Canadian appliance source if you want good service and good prices.

I'm coordinating a condo renovation for my mom as she is moving from a house to something more manageable. Trying to find a counter-depth refrigerator for a narrow galley kitchen is not easy. I did a lot of research and that led me to CAS. We were helped by Jamie Malamud at the Ottawa location. He was great to deal with, knowledgeable and not pushy in any way! We did not feel any pressure which speaks volumes for me. My mother and I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking for new appliances. We were really happy. Now we just need to finish the renovation project....

Was told delivery would be in 5 days. That is the reason I bought my appliances, 2 weeks later no phone call and when I follow up a rude customer service rep said read the FINE PRINT. Delivery is approx. Now I am told it will be another month. I will never deal with this company again and would never recommemd them.
