Worst experience ever. Horrible delivery, no one from store returns call, one of the items was back order for months and months and no one could give me ETA. bottom line, yes they are the cheapest, but their service is the worst. My Salesperson was nice during sale. But never return calls... Even though it was the cheapest, not buying with them again...

I have used this company before to buy appliances. Good customer service and happy that they had the item in stock. Setting up the delivery was also very easy. I picked what day I wanted and they said they were available. Thank you.

We worked with Imran to find a refrigerator and dish washer for a previously owned house we bought 2.5 years ago. We are planning to move in the next few years and I did not want to spend a lot on a stove at this time. I've looked at several stores in my area, as well as online. I found one online and called your store. I spoke with Morgan. He was really friendly and carefully listened to me explain what I was looking for. He looked into the one I had found online, and showed me other ones by giving me their ID # to type in. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I spoke to my husband and immediately called him back and bought the stove- his service couldn't have been better. He now has a returning customer! Thank you.

Talked to Louie Samonas on the phone after finding the dryer online. Although I couldn't purchase right away he gave me a reference number and held the price until we could get to the store. My wife went in and he took care of her right away. Answered all her questions and she was quite pleased as was I.

I had been checking for appliances for weeks. Found CAS on line and they had a store in Ottawa. I went and after looking around the store Dan approached me and made himself available when I was ready. No pressure sales what so ever. Later, I went to Dan, he explained all the features of the appliances I was looking at. We sat down he listened to my needs and we worked out what was suitable for me. Dan was very professional and gave me the features and products I needed. Delivery was set up and explained and I am very happy with Dan and CAS.

I had already purchased a fridge, stove and dishwasher from another retailer however I still wanted to shop around and am glad I did. I met With Trevor Payer from CAS and he was able to beat the prices provided by the other retailer as well as upgrade the model of the stove. Trevor was very knowledgable about the products and I would recommend CAS to anyone looking to purchase new appliances.
