We went to CAS after shopping at several local appliance stores for a specific model Panasonic microwave with trim kit. When we arrived we found the pricing to be exceptional and the service delivered by Mark Yakut was friendly and efficient. Mark was a pleasure to deal with, especially after the aggressive and unpleasant experiences we had at the other stores, all well-known in the Toronto area. This was our first visit to the Ronson store. It was a very good experience and we will return.

I recently purchased 3 appliances from their Toronto (65 Dufflaw Rd.) showroom without actually visiting the location. Everything was done through phone and email. Mr. Imran Ahmed was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not attempt to pressure me into impulse purchases as is standard at other appliance stores. I'm so pleased with his responsiveness and professionalism. Appliances are reasonably prices and to do a price match you just need to send an email and your revised invoice will be emailed back to you in a very short time. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Imran Ahmed at 90 Ronson was pleasant to work with. He is responsive and knowledgable. It was easy to work with him (and we got great prices) for our kitchen appliances that we went back to him for our washer/dryer, and TV.

I dealt with Alex Polak for all my appliance needs and it was a no pressure type sales environment. I went in the store for the second time and had a great idea of what type of appliances I wanted and Alex pointed out a better gas stove with amazing safety feature that suited my needs. I had a few phone conversation with Alex and this sales rep knows his stuff. I recommend friends and family to call Alex for a quotation and honest opinion. Thanks and cannot wait for my new appliances in February when my house is ready. Thanks again for the great service.

On a whim on Saturday, we bought a GE slate coloured dishwasher through a different supplier, then decided that we needed a GE slate coloured gas stove to go with the new dishwasher, but our first supplier did not carry the gas version, so with a bit of research, we came across Canadian Appliance Source in Ottawa and called to see if we could order one. Louie responded to our call, wrote up an order for us and within an hour we were at the store on Sunday and bought the stove we were looking for. Louie made the whole process easy, he arranged for delivery and made sure we understood the terms of the extended warranty - something we don't usually buy for appliances. A few hours after arriving home, I realized that I had not used the credit card that I wanted to and thus missed out on getting the points for the purchase as I had planned, so I called Louie and he made the arrangements to change the payment method to the card that I had wanted to use - now that is excellent service! I would definitely recommend Canadian Appliance Source in Ottawa, and commend Louie in particular for a wonderful customer service experience.

I WENT TO THIS STORE LOOKING FOR A SMALL FRIDGE AS THE ONE I PURCHASED AT HOME DEPOT A YEAR AGO DIED. AS I GOT IN, THERE WAS A SALESMAN, ASKED FOR ONE AND WE FOUND A 7.5 DANBY ON THEIR WEBSITE, BUT THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY COULD NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY, IT MAY HAVE TAKEN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS, AND I NEEDED SOMETHING A.S.A.P. ASKED THIS GENTLEMAN IF HE COULD CALL WAREHOUSE OR DO SOMETHING, HE SAID HE COULD NOT. THEN, HE DISSAPEARED ON ME. I WAS FRUSTRATED, THEN ASKED ANOTHER SALES AGENT, HE ASKED ME WHICH ONE I WANTED, SAME STORY, ASKED HIM AGAIN, HE TOLD ME HE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING. AS I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE I SAW A 3RD AGENT, HIS NAME WAS ANGELO MOTOULAS, AND ASKED HIM FOR HELP, HE WAS BUSY, SO HE TOLD ME TO GIVE HIM A MINUTE. CAME BACK TO HIM AND WAS WITH SOME CUSTOMERS, HE SAW ME ABOUT TO LEAVE AND TOLD HIM TO WAIT THAT HE WILL LOOK AFTER ME. FINALLY, I SAT DOWN WITH ANGELO, HE WAS VERY PLEASANT, AND IN 1 MINUTE, HE FOUND ME A CHEAPER COLOR WHITE UNITO OF THE SAME MODEL I WANTED, HE EVEN TOLD ME THEY COULD DELIVER IN 2 DAYS OR I COULD GO PICK IT UP AT THEIR ETOBICOKE LOCATION (DIXIE AND 401), THAT EASY !!! IN 2 MINUTES I HAD SECURED THE ORDER AND WAS GIVEN A DELIVERY DATE FOR SAME WEEK THURSDAY. THE OTHER AGENTS COULD HAVE DONE THE SAME IF THEY WANTED OR KNEW, BUT THEY WERE JUST TOO BUSY, OR DID NOT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER. LEFT STORE AND 10 MINUTES AFTER, ANGELO CALLED ME, BY SECURING THE ORDER FAST, SYSTEM FORGOT TO CHARGE DELIVERY CHARGE OF ABOUT $ 59.00 + HST, SO ORDER COULD NOT BE DELIVERED, HE QUICKLY TOLD ME HE COULD TAKE CARE OF IT AND CHARGE IT ON MY CREDIT CAR OR I COULD JUST GO PICK IT UP MYSELF AND SAVE SOME $$$. PUT ADDRESS ON MY GPS & THEIR WAREHOUSE WAS 15 MNS AWAY, DROVE THEIR WITH MY FRIEND WHO WAS WITH ME AND PICKED IT UP VERY EASILY. SO EVEN WHEN ANGELO MAY HAVE FORGOTTEN SOMETHING, HE WAS READY TO FIX IT, AND HIS SUGGESTION TO PICK IT UP, MEANT ME HAVING MY FRIDGE AT MY HOUSE SAME MONDAY AFTERNOON INSTEAD OF THURSDAY & SAVE $ $ ON DELIVERY CHARGE. I SEE THAT THIS COMPANY HAS SOME BAD REVIEWS BY OTHER PEOPLE, BUT IS JUST WHO YOU GET, SOME SALES GUYS DO NOT CARE, NOT SURE WHY ? BUT ANGELO MADE MY DAY, AND I ENDED UP SPENDING ALMOST $ 500 WITH THIS COMPANY, (FIDGE ABOUT $ 351) BUT WENT WITH AN EXTRA 4 YEAR PARTS & LABOUR WARRANTY, SO MY FRIDGE IS NOW COVERED 5 YRS TOTAL. IF YOU GO TO C.A.S. @ DUFFLAW LOCATION, LOOK FOR ANGELO, HE IS POSITIVE, DOES NOT LOOK TIRED OR BORED & THINKS ABOUT HELPING THE CUSTOMER WHATEVER IT TAKES. I knew what I wanted when I went in. Alex handled the sale. I told him exactly what I wanted & why. He did not try to upsell me. He mentioned the long term "protection" plans. I declined. He did not press. Thank you, Alex! There are stores I refuse to return to because the sales staff pestered me & tried to engage me in hard sales. I have been back to Canadian Appliance twice & recommend it to anyone I know looking for a new appliance.

Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable. His understanding of cooking was greatly appreciated in selecting a range suited to my specific uses. He was also very helpful throughout the entire process and his knowledge was the reason we decided to buy on the spot when we originally intended to just look.

bought my 800 series Bosh dishwasher from Ravi .He explained me in great detail and very patiently the differences between several models. Gave me a great deal and upgraded also to the higher model at no extra cost. Arranged for quick delivery and installation too .I was impressed. Will come back again for my other appliances too.
