Great service, fair price and fast and careful delivery. The sales manager listened to us and helped us find the range that best met our needs.

We needed an oven as ours had stopped working. Sales manager was helpful, not pushy, and arranged an easy and efficient sale and delivery. Delivery arrived in the window we were given, and the delivery people were absolute professionals - called ahead, arrived when they said they would, were very careful in both the delivery and removal of the old stove, and were only on site for less than 20 minutes.

The salesperson was very patient and informative. The store had lots of models on display and next-day delivery was awesome.

Great company to deal with, text reminders, live tracking, and phoning ahead when close to the house make for a great, stress-free experience.

I needed 2 appliances and a friend mentioned Canadian Appliance Source. It was a quick purchase with a fair price. Unfortunately everything fell off the rails from there. The dishwasher they delivered was broken and the company is unsympathetic and wipes their hands clean of everything and is unwilling to help. I advised them that due to safety concerns for one child at home we needed a functioning dishwasher but they didn't care. The process of being forced to email different departments with exchanges and replies occuring only every 24-36 hours is archaic and inefficient I even tried to solicit the help of upper management and they didn't even have the courtesy to reply I have purchased products from many retailers in my life including appliances and can say this has been the worst retail and customer service experience I have ever had. I am taking a financial loss in this experience so that I can rectify this
