Our oven stopped working so we decided to look at the appliances at Canadian Appliance Source. Our sale rep, Sam, was very helpful and took the time to explain all the features of the stoves and fridges. We ended up buying a very nice fridge in addition to a new stove. Delivery was a breeze and we are very pleased with the whole experience.

This is cost of appliance. Delivery was free. Very efficiency service. Will try machine as soon. As read all material that came with product.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience and will never purchase from CAS again. We purchased a boxing week sale. We were asked if we could wait until mid-January for delivery. I said "yes" as we were planning to move in the spring. The delivery date was then pushed back to Feb 9. We had the dryer delivered two days before anticipating the washer to arrive as we needed the dryer. We were willing to pay the extra delivery charge for 2 seperate trips. The next day we were told the new expected date for the washer was March 26 and finally April 19. We are putting our house up for sale beginning of March and therefore can't wait that long. We contacted CAS and asked for a return on the dryer and refund and they said no. Becuase the dryer was plugged in (not used) we couldn't return it. Unfortunately customer service was incredibly rude throughout the whole process. We now have a dryer and are going to purchase a washer somewhere else that won't match the dryer as we try and sell our house. Through all of this, when I was shopping around, Costco had the same price, but we went with CAS in hopes of supporting the Canadian company. Never agian.

Derek our salesperson was amazing. We had to replace several appliances. He was so helpful to us in choosing the right ones. The delivery guys were awesome. All around excellent service when we needed it most.

Canadian Appliance Source was the easiest purchase weve made in a long time. Great delivery.

Good availability. Quick and courteous delivery. I like the delivery tracking app. Will use them again.

Purchased a GE floor model range. Service was excellent in the store and delivery service was excellent. We received regular updates on delivery time and the gentleman who delivered the stove were courteous and friendly.

Pleasant experience knowledgeable staff. The delivery was prompt and we paid to have the machines hooked up. Everything went as scheduled.

Purchase was simple and fast. Delivery was a breeze and you can track when they are going to be arriving so you are not stuck wondering.

Bought a new fridge, great sale price, readily available, delivered the next day. Delivered it up two flights of stairs and the guys werent even out of breath!
