Great service from Imran Ahmed at the etobicoke branch. He worked with us and kept the communication lines open about delays (which were later rectified). The delivery was on time and were friendly and courteous. I would recommend this branch to those looking for quality appliances at a fair price.

By far the worst retail experience we have ever experienced. What started as a good experience quickly turned into a disaster. This company has no business being in business. It appears on line that they are not BBB accredited. I am trying to verify this to make a complaint. Make sure you read the sales contract before you sign, non disclosure was part of the slick sales tactics. A restocking fee for appliances they don't have in stock?? The worst delivery service imaginable. The worst customer service ever, the price was very comparable to the big box stores, so not a big savings at all. The old saying, pay a little more and get what you pay for would apply 100% for the service. We have told everyone we know and will continue to spread the word, DO NOT SHOP AT CAS.

I have been looking for a new wine cooler for months and finally called Canadian Appliance today. I spoke with Mark Yakut at the Ronson location. He listened to me when I described what I wanted and was very helpful - suggested various coolers that might satisfy my needs. I checked them out and just ordered one from him. Mark was patient, courteous, and, unlike some not so great experiences I have had with other salespersons, I did not feel pressured. Looking forward to receiving my new wine cooler.

Brad Wilson was attentive to our needs. The price point for our new range was good. We bought the extended warrantee. The purchase process and delivery was quick. Will definitely contact Brad again for future purchases.

It's been a great pleasure to deal with this company while deciding on and then ordering all new appliances in conjunction with our kitchen reno. We made several changes to our order between our initial visit and delivery date, and had timely responses to our requests, and very gracious, courteous service. Thanks most heartily to Brad Wilson who looked after us and handled our changes and questions in a professional and timely manner. Highly recommend CAS and Brad's salesmanship.

After shopping for my appliances and getting quotes at about 5 stores I decided to drive down to CAS. I live in Orleans and let me tell you that the drive was really worth it. I was greeted by Jamie and what great service and professionalism. The prices are definitely the best in the city. Thanks Jamie for your help.

Sales went well, with a professional sales person. Once the delivery guys showed up, everything turned south. They were rude. Couldn't deliver the appliances because it didn't fit in the door (an issue no one brought up with us). Later we got shout at by the customer service lady. She basically told us it's our fault and we don't understand anything. In later calls, they kept on being rude, forcing us to pay again for a delivery than never happened (we already paid for the goods, so didn't have a choice). Never did they apologize or even try to see what went wrong and why are we upset. The next delivery was schedule to a week later. All in all - horrible experience I thought doesn't exist these days.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Brad Wilson when buying my new refrigerator. I needed an inexpensive fridge, and found what I wanted on the website. Brad did not try to pressure me into buying anything more expensive, and understood my needs. The whole transaction was simple and easy to pay online. The fridge needed to be ordered and I was told it could take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks, but the fridge came in the day after I placed the order. I will definitely look at Canadian Appliance Source again when I am in need of a new appliance.
