I was relatively happy with my previous laundry set until it started to show signs that it would soon be giving up the ghost. I searched online flyers and websites until I came across Canadian Appliance Source in Ottawa (Emerald Plaza Mall beside the library.) I was unfamiliar with this company but they had the best price and selection for what I wanted so I took a chance. Very glad I did. Great service - ask for Dan; he was very knowledgeable and patient - and they had the best price out of all the competition. Very happy with my laundry set purchase.

I just bought an above the range microwave from CAS. I found them online and just wanted to go in and check them out. I ended up speaking with a young fellow who knew exactly what i wanted and got me the best price. I had never heard of this company, but a friend had referred me. I met with Josh and ended up getting a new fridge. I was really impressed with the service and how quick and easy the delivery was. i will for sure be contacting josh with any other appliance needs. and will 100% be paying it forward and telling everyone i know about this place!

We were renovating our main bathroom and needed to replace an old compact washer/dryer pair with new units. We were drawn to Canadian Appliance Source; their prices seemed more competitive than most others. We went to the Dufflaw store and met Dave. He has excellent product and industry knowledge and was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

I just took delivery of a Samsung 36 inch fridge. CAS pricing was competitive and they have some great deals. Look on their website before you go and do your homework. I went to the Ronson store twice; there was no high-pressure selling. They seem quite laid back. I would've appreciated a little more information and product knowledge being conveyed. But I liked not feeling pressured. The one delivery guy was very rude but they are a subcontractor so not a part of Canadian appliance.

I've got nothing to complain about and would recommend them for your next major appliance purchase. From website to showroom to purchasing to delivery, CAS kept it simple, easy, affordable and effortless. And Kudos go out to the two excellent delivery men who quickly and conveniently delivered and installed the fridge in our house, with a smile on their face. Ask for Imran Ahmed, my salesman.
