    2nd purchase at CAS Ottawa

    First time we were looking to upgrade our dishwasher with a decent idea of what we were looking for. Alex Polak helped us out and was outstanding. Super knowledgable about the products and terrific with going the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. Such a great experience we went back for a stove, fridge, and freezer. Can't beat the prices and the customer service from Alex is top notch. Highly recommend this store.

    New Home

    I needed new appliances for my new home and my realtor mentioned that I should check out Canadian Appliance Source. I had already done a bit of research and got a quote from another store that I definitely did not think that anyone could beat...... UNTIL....... I met Jamie..... He was AWESOME, so helpful and completely educated me on each product so that I could make a more informed decision on my purchases! I didn't think it was possible to be happier, until he actually beat the previous quote that I swore would be unbeatable! Hands down best service ever!

    Full appliance purchase made easy!

    My mother required a full set of appliances for her new home and had originally intended to purchase them from Home Depot. After introducing her to CAS she was interested in obtaining a quote. The online shopping experience was very easy and no other company was able to beet their prices. I phoned the store to confirm pricing and Ravi assisted me in completing the order and ensuring the delivery would arrive soon after my mom closed on the house. Ravi followed up with an email and made the whole shopping experience very easy. Once again, I am very happy with my experience and we will continue to purchase future appliances from CAS.

    customer service

    I've bought new fridge, range, washer, dryer, MW and dishwasher. Dealed with Adib at Toronto location and get very competitive price and professional services. he provided all products explanations fast and detailed. great company and service! Thanks Abid.

    Incredibly rude, insulting staff - would never purchase from this store again.

    Purchased a washer/dryer which I still don't have. They arrived to deliver and the driver took one look and because I had not removed dryer from washer he left (they were here less than 2 minutes). Called customer service who insisted I pay another $70 delivery fee (note I had already paid for delivery, removal and installation). The rudest drivers & customer service associagtes I have ever experienced. I will never purchase from this place again and would recommend that you RUN to another vendor.

    Pay More, Get More

    We have a new fridge with two dings in the door and no handles delivered by a pot smoking, complaining weakling and his large, on the ball buddy at 7 pm in midtown Toronto. We have steps up to the house and walls and doors on the way to the kitchen. The first complaint was about our old fridge: unplugged, pulled out, cleaned with all shelves removed. However it was on sliders (who knew) that had to be removed (a few minutes, max). We carefully measured the doors, removed one of them, took down all that was on the walls, moved the furniture...but the fridge wouldn't fit without removing its doors (measuring before trying it would have been a good idea). At 9 pm we have a fridge without handles, our food has been in coolers for 10 hours (expecting a delivery 'between 3 and 7 pm). We have had a bad experience before. This is it...shopping elsewhere in future.

    Great service!

    I don't usually write online reviews but after my extremely pleasant experience dealing with customer service (Danielle Mahn specifically) I felt compelled to share my story! I made a last minute trip to Etobicoke to pick up a vent hood we needed for our Reno to progress (this was the only company we could find that had them in stock!). I was going to be late and miss the closing time for warehouse pickup because of traffic. I called the store to plead my case and was put in toxin with Danielle. Not only did she give me better directions than my gps and get me there much quicker she ensured my item would be ready when I got there. She was helpful, informative, and funny ... Which I needed at this point in my day! She was fantastic to deal with and I appreciate that she went above and beyond to make the trip there (which was very long!) worth it. Kudos to great customer service!!! :) ** I've since figured out that I ordered the wrong product... So I now have to make the drive again and exchange it for another product, but I'm sure it will go smoothly because of my past experience with this company.

    Excellent Store

    Bought my appliances from CAS; had a great experience and Imran was very helpful. Good store with all brands. Lots of choices. would recommend for sure. Imran made the whole experience even easier, he was very friendly and kind.

    Worse client service EVER!!!!

    Purchased all our appliances worth over $13,000 from CAS in the spring and had them delivered to our house 2 weeks prior to our move in date. When the fridge was unpacked a week later, we noticed a huge dent on the side (metal was almost pierced through). It took a month of argument with them to finally agree to replace the fridge. (They even tried to pass the puck to Bosch but it seems the Bosch technician's report indicated that the damage could not have been caused by us!) When we unpacked the hood fan, we also noted the chimney cover was dented.... this is still a pending matter after 3 weeks. When I was at my wit's end with their poor customer service, I called the guy I initially purchased the appliances from... he never returned my call. WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!

    Mark Ronson location

    I was helped in choosing my appliances for my new home by Mark at the Etobicoke location. He was pleasant, understanding patient and served my purchase very well.
