I've been searching for new appliances on-line and went to several stores to check them out. My last stop was Canadian Appliance Source. Trevor was there to greet me and answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed. It was the most painless purchase I've ever made which I attribute to Trevor. Very friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me out. The best service of all the Appliance Centers I'd been to. And the price could not be beat. Thanks so much Trevor

After reading some of the earlier comments re: Canadian Appliance Source, I was a bit reticent and nervous about ordering from them. However, after working w. Daniel T., I am confident that this is the future of buying appliances in Canada. They have the best prices in the market (and they will match competitors if they don't), they often have manufacturer promotions + gifts, and they offer the broadest range of appliances possible. Daniel was always available to help me choose my appliances (for our house + a furnished appartement we are building, ie. +10 appliances!) - even on vacation - and offered a service comparable if not better than what I had in stores. He wasn't there to sell me a specific appliance; he was there to listen to my needs and give me the best recommendation possible (and I changed my mind often, as I had to buy a lot - but he always found a way to make it work). Delivery was on-time, as they had promised. Best prices, best service - I would totally recommend Canadian Appliance Source (and I've done so twice in the last 2 weeks!).

I required appliances for my new home. After searching online, I found out that the CAS has the best prices. Ravi, salesman from the Toronto store, provided me advice regarding different brands and products, and assisted me in completing the order. I am happy with my experience and I will continue to purchase future appliances from CAS.

Recently purchased a dryer from Canadian Appliance in Etobicoke. The salesperson, Imran was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with the purchase, delivery, store and the service provided by Imran. Would definitely recommend him and the store!

Within a few weeks of purchasing a new home in Ottawa, scheduled to be built within the upcoming 11 months, we visited Canadian Home Appliance to source appliances for our custom kitchen design. Our salesmen, Alex Polak, proved to be the exact resource we needed to outfit our dream kitchen. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding all appliance brands which enabled us to choose the right appliances for our needs. Once the decisions were made Alex took care of the rest. Delivery was smooth with no surprises. He even delivered a trim piece we added to our order on his way home from work! Thanks Alex and CAS.

We purchased a "panel front" dishwasher for our new custom kitchen and discovered it did not fit the opening. (NOTE: for future custom kitchen buyers. If you want a panel front dishwasher, the opening must to be 24.5" inches wide (NOT 24") and lower cases 26" deep (NOT 24"). Standard D/W opening and counter top is 24" x 24". Your kitchen cabinet maker will need to be aware of this BEFORE the lower cabinets are designed, built and installed. We discovered this "oversight" several weeks after our initial purchase of the dishwasher (construction delays on the reno's delayed d/w installation). We contacted CAS with the expectation the item cannot be returned based on the timeline however Katelyn - Customer Service Manager informed me to complete the on line Return Form and CAS will advise us if the item can be returned. Within 48 hours we were advised the item can be returned if we had the original packaging. We then anticipated a considerable restocking fee but much to our surprise, the fee was very reasonable considering the time laps from our initial purchase. We exchanged the dishwasher for the same "non panel front" model. When returning the unit to CAS we were greeted by Ingrid at the front desk who was also very helpful, answered all our questions and made the exchange process simple and stress free. In my opinion this is the ultimate Customer Service considering our situation. I would recommend CAS and will certainly purchase our next major appliance from this company. Thank You Pierre

If you are looking for somewhere to go to get appliances, Go here. And ask for Daniel Torres because we ended up at this place again after looking around because of Daniel and the deals. He was one of the best person to ask for down-to-earth suggestions (which many people do not give but I was able to find great quality items that I did not know about!), and he was very kind. In addition, he knew many things that I had trouble getting answers from other salesman at other places. I had to buy all the appliances for my new kitchen and the price was very good after discounts and it was really the cheapest out of all the other stores. I had to go in and make little changes and Daniel was very helpful and I ended up purchasing the dream built in coffee maker machine! (with almost 50% discount!) The best thing is that I walked out with a smile on my face thanks to Daniel and CAS :)

This is our second order from this company and after the first time I swore I wouldn't return there... However, we found a decently priced package for appliances, and they assured us approximately 8 weeks ago that we would have our appliances when our lot he was ready. We have them 5 week notice for delivery, and now we find out they are out of the stove, fridge and microwave we ordered. Won't be available until the end of September. To top it off they delivered us a broken dishwasher. No compensation, no apology. They told us we could just find the appliances else where if we wanted. Such a terrible company!!! I will never ever use or recommend this company again! Be warned!!
