We walked in to CAS to check out specific appliances in person and to have some questions answered by a sales associate. Dan Thorenton assisted us that day & was more than helpful. We felt he was genuine in his answers/advice & had our best interest at heart. He was extremely knowledgable and clearly had plenty of experience with appliances. He provided us with the info we needed to make informed decisions without trying to up-sell us & without pressure. We were very happy with the discounts offered and since we felt we could trust him, we decided to buy then & there. We didn't bother bringing his quote elsewhere to price match, as we initially considered. I would definitely refer my friends to Dan at CAS.

I went into the Toronto location and was greeted by Dave and we were looking for a dishwasher. He showed me a few models and I ended up purchasing a Bosch Dishwasher. Building a home in the Ridgeway area of Fort Erie - very limited appliance stores in our area - well worth the short drive down the Hi-way. CAS has a very good layout - easy to navigate in store. Salesperson Nick Brady was our first contact in trying to decide what appliance line to buy within our Budget. Great guy to deal with - no pressure - very professional - knows his product well - answers emails promptly - very patient - great pricing. Give Nick a call.

The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. There is a good selection of products and an attractive modern showroom. Their prices are reasonable. We would recommend the store to others.

Daniel from the Toronto store on Dufflaw Rd was great. We walked in to browse and see what's new on the market and what price tags we're looking at. Daniel approached us and asked if we needed any assistance and we said we were just browsing. He let us be. When we had questions, we looked for Daniel and he was most informative, supportive, had questions for us that we had not thought of, and was aware of our needs. He was able to provide us with all the info and specks of what we were interested in allowing us to think and plan our new kitchen. When we were ready to order he was there over the phone helping us in pricing as there are lots of competitive stores but one thing that brought us back to Canadian Appliances was Daniel and his personality as a salesperson and also understanding out needs and budget of the client. He did his best in matching and even beating their competitor's prices. Thanks Daniel you're definitely a must recommend.

In the course of planning a kitchen renovation, we shopped around for appliances. The quality cooktop and wall oven were better priced here than at any other retailer (by far). We appreciate not only the excellent price we received but also the cooperative and courteous service from salesman Ravi. The renovations did not happen when planned and our appliances had to sit for 9 months in their warehouse. Ravi was forever patient and cooperative, helping us deal with warranty and shipping questions. We will certainly be happy to shop here for our next appliance purchase.

We were looking to upgrade five appliances. After an extremely disappointing lack of service from two different Appliance Canada locations we checked Canadian Appliance Source for their in-store sale and were helped by George. Despite one glitch (forgetting to sell us a washer/dryer stacker kit), he was very knowledgable about the features and benefits of models which were both offered at the store and not sold there. He guided us to find the right models for our needs, ensuring we got top quality for price and helping us avoid getting heavy use machines with extra features which we didn't need. We would definitely go back to buy anything else we needed from him, he was stellar.
