The service obtained by Morgan at the Merivale St. location in Ottawa was excellent.....the best. However, The delivery of the appliances by an outsourced company called Ovation from the Gatineau area on the Quebec side was the worst I have ever seen and for this reason alone I could never recommend this store as long as they have the same delivery people. I started by asking the main guy if they could remove their boots once in the entrance ( new home with hard wood floors everywhere, the driveway is still on crushed stone and the small stones really stick to the soles of shoes and more so with boots.) No we can't he said, CSST won't allow it. Ok I said, do you have carpets you can lay down.....yes and hands me a small roll or about 8 feet X 2 feet. Hardly enough but that's all he's got. When I saw how they took the appliances out of the truck, that was it for me.....I said put them in the garage and leave them there.....There was no these guys were coming in my new home. One with a Mohawk haircut, rings everywhere ( he was actually the most polite ) the other not very polite although he pretented to be ( have a nice week-end he said as he left ). I have never in all my years of owning several homes and purchasing appliances from different stores ever seen this type of unprofessional individuals. Unfortunately for CAS, it will be my last.

I recently purchased my appliances from Imran at Canadian Appliance Source, 90 Ronson Dr. location. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous to deal with. This location is very big and has lots to offer. Great products, Great prices and Great customer service. I am so pleased with Imran's friendly service that I will definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs appliances!

Jamie handled my large order very well. The process was very easy and he was able to offer me great rates that the competition would not be able to offer. He was also able to recommend me an appliance that he used himself and was very happy with so I decided on that product. I would recommend using CAS over any competitor and ask for Jamie if you want an honest salesman.

Scott, Sales Associate at your Millen Road, Stoney Creek, Ontario location was most helpful, very knowledgeable about every brand of appliance in the store; while not being the usual "pushy" type salesperson. We discovered your website by mistake and went to the store to "check it out". We went into the store not planning to make a purchase but once given prices, left the store with the purchase of 4 appliances! We will be recommending this store to friends and family. The only downside was the delivery of the appliances. The dishwasher & microwave were not removed from their packaging nor was any offer made to do so.

We arrived not long before Jamie took time and informed us accurately he didn't make us feel rushed We felt comfortable with our choices and have since chosen to add to our purchases We have also shared our good experience with friends

We bought a fridge which was the wrong size, we went to return the fridge and buy the right size, counter depth, Ingrid helped us and we are happy with services we received.

Enjoyed great service, advice and information from Fred at the Ronson Road location. The pricing was very competitive and Fred was flexible and patient with all my questions over the phone.

I ordered a stackable LG washer dryer from Canadian Appliance Source (CAS) in Ottawa. I was worried about installing the unit. I was given assurances that the delivery people did that everyday. The delivery company, called Ovation, sent two young guys who had never installed such a unit. They tried but just walked away from the job telling CAS that the unit was installed. I called CAS they got Ovation to send a new crew who installed the unit incorrectly. Ovation then walked away from the job telling me they had done all they could. I tried reaching the CAS centre in Toronto, they would not return my calls or text messages. My calls to the Ottawa store resulted in people rudely passing the buck to someone else. Given the lack of response I asked a neighbourhood repair expert to install the unit at my cost. Customers of CAS should be warned that once appliances leave their store you are on your own and left dealing with third parties with little expertise. I would not recommend buying from CAS.
