Daniel in the Toronto store was helpful and honest without being pushy. I was impressed with his knowledge and he quickly helped me put together a suite of new Kitchen Aid appliances for my new home build in January while reassuring me that if prices declined I would be protected. So, as for the service upon purchase, he was excellent! I will write again when products are delivered in January 2017 and follow up on product quality.

I worried a lot before starting looking for a new electric range for my home, but with the help of Denis it became real pleasure to compare different ranges and to choose what I realy like.
