At an early stage in our laundry room renovation, we visited CAS where we met Dan Thorenton, who gave us a detailed overview of the washer and dryer options available. As our plans evolved and the construction proceeded, we visited the store again a number of times to seek further details. On each occasion, Dan answered our questions fully and patiently - we are slow shoppers - so that by the time we were ready to install the appliances, we were confident that we had made the right choice. Without Dan's continuing attentive assistance we might not have had the same degree of confidence. The final purchase and delivery proceeded extremely efficiently again thanks to Dan's assistance. We are satisfied that we have acquired the appliances that best fit our requirements at a highly competitive price. Thanks in large measure to Dan, CAS is the first supplier we will visit when we undertake a kitchen renovation later this year and will definitely recommend CAS to anyone who asks.

Was met at the entrance of CAS by Dan T, a very capable salesperson in so many ways, friendly, informative, encouraging, respectful & attentive. I gave this company a 5 star because their sales person, George Moutoulas, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had great people skills. I was very pleased with his service. They have a lot of inventory with great variety and competitive prices.

Several visits to look for high end appliances led us to Canadian Appliance, Mississauga. We purchased several items from them and received good service from knowledgeable sales associate Rishi and very competitive pricing. They held on to the appliances and the pricing while we were developing the renovation plans & shifted delivery several times to accommodate our schedule. our overall experience with Canadian Appliances was more than satisfactory.

My contractor and I walked into Canadian Appliance Source and we were greeted by Daniel Torres. He immediately took interest in my needs. We found everything that I was looking for. There was no pressure, he explained everything about each appliance I purchased and about the warranty's. He stayed within my price range and didn't try to pressure me into buying anything that was out of my price range. He was easy to talk to and it was a very comfortable experience. I highly recommend Canadian Appliance Source and Daniel Torres. My kitchen renovation is off to a good start.

I must admit that they are only geared towards completing a sale - Just when you finish paying, then you are on your own - You are given a window for delivery and they don't make it. Call customer service and they will not own up to it. They will manufacture excuses and sales guys are already off the hook - so you are screwed!
