I bought 3 Bosche appliances from Adib at Canadian Appliance Source. He was very responsive and gave me an excellent deal. They were the best price and service in all of the GTA and I shopped around. If you call them, ask for Adib Narang as he is amazing and understands what customer service means!

I really need to thank Danielle. There was a terrible hold up with the supplier of the dishwasher we originally ordered. We expected to wait ten days but after being on back order for two months we were really starting to panic. But Danielle clearly was trying to clear up the issue and move the supplier along. She was also able to take care of us with an alternative. The only thing I would suggest is make what you want is in stock. Otherwise I am pleased with Canadian Appliance Source and would likely use them again.

We went to CSA Toronto (off Dufflaw) to look for a replacement Induction cooktop. We were fortunate enough to speak with George Moutoulas ~ he was really helpful, knew his product lines extremely well and guided us in a non-pressure manner towards a brand and price range that suited our needs and budget. We purchased a Kitchen Aid Induction and he enabled us to have it immediately. The CSA show room is really well laid out, bright and very professional and has a wide variety of products and product lines. I would not hesitate to recommend CSA and of course, George.

Our friends purchased from Canadian Appliances a few years back and were very happy, so that's what pushed us to do business with them. Their website helped us narrow down the selection and instead of passing the order online - we called in to verify if there was anything else we needed to account for, since we are in Montreal. We spoke to Ravi Kohli and he knows his specs inside out! He offered great advice and additional discounts. He was also able to beat a competitor price per their price guarantee policy! So far, their service is great, they call back, they are well-informed and make you feel confident you did the right choice. Now waiting for delivery date - hoping it will also get a 5 star review :)

Awesome service and delivery. On time and flexible with longer storage time prior to delivery. No hassle. They could update the showroom to make it more modern and nicer... to dated and messy

I was out shopping for hardwood for our new build and noticed CAS tucked away in the corner of the plaza on Merviale Rd. Needing new appliances and never having heard of them before (having looked at the home reno stores and Best Buy), I decided to check out what this store had to offer. Once inside, I was greeted by Jamie M. who was very friendly and soft spoken. I gave him my story, what I needed and budget, worried he wouldn't be able to help, but he didn't even blink and just proceeded to show me around. He took the time to research for certain items I needed and gave me a price. A few weeks later I returned with my husband, after he had looked around too, and he was very impressed with the pressure free environment. Jamie was a great help, knowledgeable, didn't guess his answers and made sure we got the gas appliances we really needed. No attempt at upselling, and got us what we wanted for our budget. I have already recommended this store and Jamie as a sales person to family and friends! As a side note: I appreciate a store that puts employees first before profit by closing on a Saturday!

We had a very positive experience at Canadian Appliance (Dufflaw location). Our salesperson, Angelo, was extremely knowledgable and friendly. The prices were good and the showroom was lovely. We bought appliances for our new kitchen and are thrilled with the quality, look and price.

From the start of looking for a refrigerator the sales person Gladwin was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also Ingrid called us a week before delivery to discuss how the process would work and she was most patient, courteous and kind to work with and answered all our questions. It was delivered on time and it was great to get a call from the delivery man to say he'd be here in 30 min--a nice heads up warning. From start to finish it was a breeze using this company...very organized and great customer service skills..Thank you.

Bought several appliances from this store. Trevor gave me the best prices in the city and was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick exactly what I wanted. Also they're selection is big so you won't have to chose from only a few options.
