    Purchase and exchange

    We ordered 7 items from George back in may and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and made our shopping experience simple and easy. Our builder messed up on our hood vent specs and we were left with no other option but to exchange our hood vent. Threw out the whole exchange process George has been very quick on responding to emails and made the process less stressful. I would highly recommend George as a sales person.

    Appliance

    After looking at all the big box stores for a 24 inch range for my mom who was renovating her space and getting frustrated because I could not find one. I decided to google appliance depot and the first thing that came up was Canadian Appliance Source . Mi visited the store that same day. A great associate name Dave Thomas immediately came and helped me. They had a wide selection and the price was excellent, in less than 30 my purchase was complete with no stress or pressure. I will definitely go back to Canadian Appliance Source to make any additional purchase I need and I will recommend them to all my family and friends. Thanks again Dave. I Will be back for my range hood. through Internet search for a 24 inch range.

    Kitchen Reno

    Great experience bought Appliance from Preet very knowledgeable. Got a great deal and picked it up from warehouse same day. Very happy and recommend to my friend and family. Very nice store.

    purchased bosch dishwasher

    Dave Thomas provided an excellent explanation of the features and comparisons between brands. We felt very comfortable with his approach to selling. We'll deal with Dave again. thanks for the great service

    Kitchen renovation, replaced all appliances

    Morgan Sutherland came highly recommended by a family member, and he certainly exceeded our service needs. He answered emails and questions quickly and was wonderful to meet in person and to go through appliances , functions and features that met our needs. Appliances arrived within 3 weeks and secondary service provider Fred Guy delivery were courteous, brought everything in unwrapped it. Dishwasher ,refrigerator,range,microwave all work wonderfully. And have already recommended Morgan and Canadian Appliance Source on Merivale Road,Ottawa to other friends.

    Washer Dryer

    Friendly back shop staff but very disappointed in after sales service. Received a dead washing machine unit - no power when I got home and plugged it in. Dryer worked fine. They would not take it back and pushed me over to Maytag who sent a repair man out 5 days later. The circuit board was not working so he ordered a new one. Another 5 days wait before he returns. I need a washing machine!! The laundry mat sucks...Canadian Appliance should send out a new replacement unit ASAP. What poor service.

    Kitchen Renovation

    We highly recommend CAS! We spent 4 hours with Philip Costa in choosing 11 appliances for a new house and in-law suite. Philip provided a very thorough explanation of each appliance from range hoods, refrigerators to laundry appliances. We learned more in our time with Philip than we had in travelling for days to larger brand name stores. We are very confident that Philip helped us choose the best product for the best price and he did so with the utmost respect and best customer service we have seen in a long time.

    Appliances

    This was my first visit to this store. I got the best service I could get. No pressure sales. Rishi was very helpful in selecting all my kitchen appliances. 100 per cent proessional. I have recommended 2 of my relatives to go and buy appliances from this store.

    Amazing service

    We are really happy with the service we received from our sales rep Ravi, he was very helpful and customer focused. Very accomadating without feeling pressured. Really good product knowledge as well and I would recommend him a 100 percent!

    Kitchen Appliances

    We went to many appliance stores, but CAS was the most helpful and had the best prices. Dan was knowledgeable. I look forward to delivery and increasing the rating from 8/10 to 10/10. So far so good!
