    All in one Refridgerator and Freezer

    For the record, I never give bad reviews. However, people need to be made aware of this company! I have ordered the a Frigidaire all-in-one refrigerator and all-in-one freezer from the Canadian Appliance Source, TWICE, 18 months apart. Despite the fact that the appliances are poor quality, what's worse is the service we received. With our first fridge/freezer set, we were told our order would arrive in 3-5 days. It arrived 2 weeks later!!! When that set broke-down 18 months later, we gave the company the benefit of the doubt and re-ordered from them a second new fridge/freezer set. HOWEVER, this time, Canadian Appliance made and error and did not document that they removed the old unit. This documentation was required in order for us to receive a 50% rebate from Frigidaire; therefore the company's lack of attention to detail made our rebate invalid. And WORSE, the two women I dealt with on the phone were totally unapologetic, unempathetic and antagonistic to my situation, verging on rude (even though I was being nice, cooperative and non-confrontational!!) - I find it so surprising and absolutely unbelievable that someone would speak to a customer in such a manner!! I will NEVER deal with this company again, and highly recommend you don't either!

    Refrigerator

    We went to buy a refrigerator at Canadian Appliance Source. Fortunately, we had researched options online. On site help was limited. We purchased the appliance and were told we would have it within 5 to 10 days. 10 days later - no fridge! On day 10, we were told it's on backorder for another month. Why weren't we told this when we purchased it? Why wait 10 days before telling us it's on backorder? Shop here are your own risk.

    New Home

    My family and I recently moved from a 900 sq ft condo into a newly built home and needed all new appliances from scratch; everything including the kitchen sink ;). Canadian Appliances came highly recommended through friends and co-workers because of their customer service, variety of products, and quick delivery. Needless to say, that they did not disappoint. Upon arrival, Philip Costa, Canadian Appliances Sales Representative, greeted us with a warmth that made us feel at ease right away. He not only had patience, but valuable knowledge of ALL products in each category of appliance. Philip made the process of choosing each item effortless. What seemed like an overwhelming task, was made painless due to Philip's rapport with us. We are satisfied customers of Canadian Appliances all thanks to Philip Costa's assistance.

    Small appliance purchase

    Philip Costa was very helpful in ordering smaller stand-alone fridge and freezer for our basement when they were not on the showroom floor or in stock. They are to arrive in 5 to 10 business days.

    LG Full Suite of Appliances

    Great prices and great service. Morgan was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The showroom is fabulous. We have compared prices since purchasing our appliances and no one comes close.

    new appliance

    we where looking for all appliance and we went to the store at the Toronto location, we met with Daniel and he help us. he was very patient and knowledgeable, we will recommend him to all our friends.

    Microwave

    Hi, Me and my son were in store in September. I bought a convention microwave. AJ Chibber attended us and gave very good deal and explained very patiently. I appreciate this u have such a nice sales staff I'm very happy. Thanx

    kitchen

    My husband and I would like to thank Daniel Torres from Canadian Appliances for helping us choose our Kitchen stove, dish washer and convention oven. It was a pleasure working with him.     range hood

    Dave was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. He knew the product well and thankfully mentioned that I could pick it up the same day (as I was already in the area on the weekend, even though online the warehouse says its not open on weekends). The only reason why I gave a 4 star rating for the company is because there was a really pushy salesperson who was extremely rude the last time I was there looking for range hoods. I'm glad that I bought the product with Dave instead. He was very calm, friendly and ready to answer my questions.

    Wall oven

    My wife and I were well taken care of by Mathieu Laquerre. He knew exactly what we wanted and placed our order quickly and correctly. The whole process was super fast and very smooth. Thank-you so much for your help Matt.
