    Washing machine

    Terrible service! They delivered and installed the machine, it was not tested by the technician. It was faulty during FIRST use, and when I called to complain, they put it through warranty process. Its been 2 weeks and the machine is NOT working and very little effort to resolve the situation.

    new build

    I couldnt of asked for a better sales associate Gary Moskalyk, he was pleasant not pushy helped me sort out all questions regarding all of my appliances, he worked on my tiime slot, emailed me back quickly, It was a pleasure to deal with someont that can understand the stresses of purchasing a large appliance order. There prices were better then anyone I spoke to he worked out several packages to meet my budget. Great experience. Thank you Gary :)

    Fridge Microwave Dishwasher

    ordered the appliances paid for them including delivery. Salesman indicated the delivery would place my appliances right where i wanted them. delivery showed up wanted an extra $50 to remove fridge door. No mention of this when I paid. I had to bring the fridge into the house myself. I would have picked it up and saved the delivery fee. Let message at customer service last week no response. buyer beware.

    Purchase of 6 appliances

    We are preparing our house for sale and we needed all new appliances. We have a tight budget and an even tighter timeline. So, it was a relief to find Canadian appliance source. We had great service from our Sales rep Daniel Torres. He helped us make smart decisions to really maximize our budget. He also ensured that we will get everything on time. We had to call back as we had made an error (our, not his) and needed to change out an appliance. Daniel took care of it right away with no hassle. The quality for the price is unbeatable. I highly recommend CAS.

    kitchen appliances

    After doing tons of research, we always end up buying our appliances at CAS. They always have the best price in the GTA and they always go the extra step to get my business. This time I bought an Electrolux fridge and dishwasher and our salesman Ravi made sure to get us the best package deal around.

    Cooktop

    I was unable to install the expensive induction cooktop I purchased because of an electrical issue. This company wanted to charge me a 25% re-stocking fee. I purchased a less expensive basic cooktop that matched my electrical service and suddenly the re-stocking fee was $165. So a $550 cooktop cost me $700, and they have the cooktop I returned back in their hands. It felt like extortion. Do not buy here. Price match and buy from a reputable appliance dealer. They will never get my business again. Don't believe the A+ BBB reading. Read the complaints and understand that BBB does not investigate issues like this as they complied with their reprehensible policy.

    Dishwasher

    I came in looking for appliances for my kitchen. Was very pleased to be served by AJ. He guided us in the right direction and was very informative and helpful. It was a great experience and I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family. Thank you so much AJ!!! You were amazing

    Washer, Dryer, Hood Fan

    We were looking for a Washer, Dryer, & Hood Fan. Morgan Sutherland listened to our needs and quickly found us a solution within our budget. Completely satisfied with the service we received. Would highly recommend.

    Range, fridge, dishwasher

    I got excellent service from Morgan from the Ottawa store. He answered my questions, found me a better price on most of the items I was considering, and was helpful in figuring out delivery options. He wasn't pushy and was knowledgeable about his products. Most importantly, when there was an issue with the first range, I was able to quickly reach him by phone to resolve the issue. Three days later a new range was delivered and exchanged for the first one, no charge. I was very satisfied with the level of service.
