I recently purchased a particular Fridge and Freezer from the Ottawa Store,That I had my eye on it for quite a while. Salesman was Peter Worth . He was upfront and honest , got me a great deal and was very accomodating. In and out in 20 min...Great Service..Great Price...

CAS offers very reasonable prices, however, sometimes you get what you pay for. We utilized their delivery service and received the dishwasher within a reasonable time, however, it was shipped with a broken drainage hose. Now CAS is acknowledging the issue but doing nothing to address it. I have been left with a damaged dishwasher sitting in the middle of my kitchen. They take a long time to respond to calls or e-mails. The after sale service is very poor.

I has never had such a worst experience in my life until I shopped in CAS Mississauga store. The sales person Preet sold me a KitchenAid OTR microwave this morning , However after one hour when I back to store and told him i would like to cancel the order and get money back. His smiling face was gone and declined my request ---- It is really shocking as I never thought I had no right to change my purchasing decision. His excuse was a term hidden in invoice term ,which was printed out after payment : " A 25%cancellation fee be applied regardless any reason" . I tried to argue that he should have high lighted this term to me before I made up decision , but he just declined and tried to push me away. This is whole terrible story I had this morning . Never trust this store, never buy anything from them.

We recently bought our Appliances for our Rental property in St. Catherine from Ravi at Cartwright store. He put together a very competitive package which saved us a lot smooth and timely delivery and real good prices. we will definitely go back to this store for our future Purchases.

After dealing with the now defunct Future Shop, I went into Canadian Appliance and was helped by Alex. This guy is the consummate professional. He has given me a great deal of his time, he knows his products inside and out and has always managed to find prices that beat everyone elses. What more could I ask for?

Gary met us at the front door and took care of us, as if we had known each other for some time. We are looking for many appliances and started off looking for a dishwasher. We decided to buy a washer and dryer this day because of Gary's ability to let us know that we had many choices, other than price to go with for selecting a dishwasher and microwave. Gary will be the one we will ask for when we come back, he is kind, knowledgeable, extremely honest and upfront. He has a nice smile, great sense of humor and lots of experience. I went online to start my new kitchen project and found the Canadian appliance website. Their prices were very good so I decided to call and get some information. I ended up dealing with a gentlemen by the name of Peter and he was very informative in narrowing down my decisions on the appliances that I need. I recommend this store to anyone looking for great prices and knowledgeable staff.

I purchased a fridge, dishwasher and stove from this store and the items were delivered on time on a Friday. We were happy with the dishwasher and stove, but the fridge did not fit in the space. I initially thought it was because a piece on our upper cabinet was too low so I waited for my husband to come home to remove the piece. Once he did, we discovered it still wouldn't fit because the sides of the fridge bowed out (we held a level against the sides and both sides were not straight). The top and bottom of the fridge fit in the space no problem, but the middle of the sides were each about 1/8" wider which made it just wide enough that it wouldn't fit. By the time we realized this, the store was closed and since they are closed on Saturdays, we plugged in the fridge and put our items on the two shelves inside (left everything else as packaged). When I called Sunday to ask for an exchange since the product ordered was defective (measurements were not as described on the spec sheet - sides ballooned out), I was told that since we had plugged in the fridge and put our items on the shelves, it was considered used and the company would not take it back. The lady I spoke to would not acknowledge that the fridge was defective. I then called my sales rep there (Ajay) and left a voicemail to see if he could do anything since I believed this to be an issue between the store and the manufacturer - store should be seeking a refund from the manufacturer on a defective product. I also sent an email and stressed the urgency since the fridge was sitting in the middle of my kitchen and we still hadn't unpackaged the fridge so there wasn't much space for our food (thinking the company must eventually take the defective fridge back and i considered it still to be "new" since all packaging was in tact). I only heard from my sales rep after I called to say that we had resolved the problem (paid a carpenter to cut out the side of the cabinet). He called back to tell me he hadn't gotten back to me on my voicemail or email because he didn't have any good news for me. Terrible customer service - if the ultimate conclusion was they were not going to fight the manufacturer on the defective fridge, he should have at least gotten back to me to tell me this. Unfortunate situations happen all the time, it's how businesses handle the issues that sets them apart! I would definitely not shop here ever again.

Purchased two full sets of appliances ie kitchen and laundry. My salesman Gladwyn Mackinnon friendly knowledgeable and worked hard to get me the best price . Extremely happy with the service .
