    kitchen appliances

    Being from Montreal, I happened upon CAS website by fluke. I was impressed with the wide selection of available product, so I placed a call to the Ottawa branch. I had been shopping for 3 different kitchen appliances and I had many questions on makes and models. Gary was so patient and straightforward from the get go. He was even willing to ship to Quebec! Within 10 min, I had a clear portrait of the products that were of interest to me and 10 min after that, I had quotes for each package I had inquired about. The prices were more affordable than the ones I had found close to home. The customer service was impeccable. Gary even called me back on his cell phone when the landline cut off mid sentence! Never have I experienced such service and followup. Product diversity - good pricing- friendly personnel - SOLD!!

    Service

    I recommended Canadian Appliance Source to a very close friend since I had a decent experience there last year. Needless to say I will never ask anyone to visit this place again after the rude behaviour on display yesterday evening. The website, as well as the timings on the store front, clearly marked 8:30pm Thursday closing. Our friends at the showroom decide that they want to close up early & try to push out the family of 3 (including an ailing elderly gentleman) by 8pm. A showroom is meant for exactly that purpose...so that you can see appliances up front. And the documented store timings would have been more than sufficient for this family to make a decision. Well done...."salesmen"

    Sales associate

    I found Ajay Chibber to be a very knowledgeable and helpful sales person, he educated me on the fridge and stove I was looking at and the service and delivery guys did a fantastic job helping me out, also helping move my old fridge to the garage.

    Washing Machine

    Peter W. working in the Ottawa store is a true professional! Great service & product. Will be buying all my appliance from Canadian Appliance Source from now on...End of story!

    kitchen renovations

    great service from the sales person, Ajay. he went above and beyond to satisfy our needs even delivering products home when need it. Great experience. greatly recommended for any appliaces needed for any taste and needs.

    Kitchen Renovation

    What a great experience. Ravi my salesman was amazing. Got me the best product for the best price. Obviously budget is a big concern to all, however I feel I did not sacrifice quality for cost. In fact I did better than I thought possible. He also suggested the extended warranty (an extra 4 years) and I'm so glad I listened to him. Check this store out you won't be disappointed!!!

    Fridge

    Call CAS general line and got put through to Peter in the Ottawa location. Peter was quite helpful and helped me find the fridge that was the best value for what I needed. The prices at CAS tend to be a little bit better than at other stores for comparable products and they have a cheaper delivery cost. All in all, quite satisfied and I'd certainly deal with Peter again.

    New stove

    After a terrible experience at Bad Boys we went to Canadian Appliances in order to replace our stove. When we got their George came up to us and was extremely friendly. He asked us what we were looking for and we showed him a picture of the unit we were looking for and the advertised price from their website. The unit was not on the floor so he took us right away to his computer to find the model. The sale price we saw had expired the day before, but he was able to secure it as the same price regardless. He quickly secured a unit, took down our information and asked us about additional services (I.e extended warranty) without any pressure. The whole experience couldn't have taken longer then 15 minutes. We were thrilled with the service and look forward to getting our new stove on Tuesday!

    Kitchen Renovation

    Excellent after purchase Service. Willingness to change the item months after the original purchase. I purchased a cook-top from CAS in Toronto Mid September, in anticipation of a partial kitchen refresh. Our kitchen renovation significantly changed, which meant we could use a larger cooktop. Although the appliance was not opened or used, CAS did not have to agree to change it. (Their policy says 30 days) They changed it for a bigger & better model, months after the purchase. (I paid the price difference), and they shipped for free to Ottawa store for pickup. Great Service , Thank you.

    Oven and Fridge

    Canadian appliance source had the lowest prices for the Stove and Fridge brand and model we were looking for. Large show room and knowledgeable staff and even a great service we got from Ravi, sealed the deal. Delivery staff arrived on time and were extremely professional. I would definitely shop here again for future appliance needs.
