    Purchase of Whirlpool Dishwasher 2023

    I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher in September 2023. After the delivery, I paid my plumber $325 to install the dishwasher; however, when he did a test run, there was a leak. I called a repairman but when he left, the leak became a gush all over my condo floor. My calls to Khaldoon, the salesman, were never answered. I was directed to a call centre that seemed incapable of helping me except to send a repairman again. I requested a replacement of the never used dishwasher but got continuously sidelined. The company, in my opinion, is great at selling but not interested in follow-up or coming to the customer's aid, post sale.

    New fridge

    So far, things are looking good with our new fridge. salesman was helpful, advised on the 4 year warranty. Changed delivery date for us . We were notified of approx time of delivery the night before. Delivery was on time. Delivery guys were very adept in their job, Removed old appliance quickly. Very happy with result so far. Just received Fridge, still have to wait to plug in for 2 hours. Cannot coming on working of fridge yet.

    GE Washing Machine

    Awesome service, the guys were in and out in 15 min. They were nice and polite, just can't say enough.

    Freezer upgrade

    Delivery guys were experienced and efficient! My situation was straight fwd but still nice to see guys that like their job

    Kitchen Renovation

    I purchased a six appliance package for my newly renovated kitchen in Calgary. CAS uses a third party installer called Quick Contractor (QC) who are totally inept and I am left with a stack of boxed appliances looking for my own installation company. The prices in store seemed reasonable but buy only if you plan to install yourself. Very disappointed.

    Dishwasher

    I am very happy with th service. Tony in Ottawa is very good at his job. The only thing I do not like is that the installers could book me 8 days following my delivery.

    clothes dryer

    I bought my clothes dryer from CAS. After arranging delivery date, I received my appliance spot on, undamaged and ready to use. Everything transpired as expected. I am happy with my purchase and thankful to both men who made the delivery and did an excellent job.

    New Samsung Range

    Very happy with sales:purchase/delivery of new Samsung range from CAS. Our 20 year old Whirlpool finally died-well oven did and we now have 2 SS appliances in our Kitchen (Samsung fridge last year). Glad to continue on with the convection cooking and am excited about the air fry & combined double element with added cast iron griddle for stove top cooking.

    washer

    store visit brief and offered what I'd make best use of. The delivery was on the day chosen, in good time, and installation done just right for me, with explanations. And neat removal of my old machine.

    New appliances

    Excellent sales service by Jay - relaxed, no pressure tactics. Delivery by Kelvin and assistant. Very courteous and helpful, despite some misunderstandings re site prep on my part.
