    Purchased refrigerator

    Purchased an LG Washer and Dryer with a "so called White Glove Installation"

    Dave, sales agent was great, delivery people not so great. Had a crew install the washer and dryer reversed, doors would have hit each other, nothing was plumb or level. Had them come back a week later, guys used windex on the floor to move the washer and dryer, left a mess, asked for a mop to clean up but I said it was Friday night, leave it... The did leave mess on the counter top, they did not level the legs, the dryer rocks, the heights do not line up. Horrible installation! I even told the installer, he just laughed. They did not even vent the dryer out the side, What a waster of $90.00 (plus tax). I am going to have to re-do. I should have just had these delivered as the installers are basic installers only. I would not recommend them at all.
