    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!

    Do not deal with them! If you have no issues with the appliance they are fine. But if there is an issue you are left holding the bag for months on end without a resolution. Absolutely absurd after spending thousands at their store.

    New house construction

    Always reliable at the store when I purchase and the delivery is very professional. The sales individuals know the products and make the right recommendations

    Sales & delivery

    Sale and delivery service both were amazing . Rahul was very informative & patient while we were decidng about the brands & models. The 2 delivery guys were so nice and respectful. They came on time accurately & finished the job quickly.

    Fridge purchase gone wrong

    I am disappointed with our refrigerator purchase at the Whitby branch. We went into the store with our measurements for the space of the fridge to occupy. The sales clerk Aaron, looked at the measurements and with our confidence in him, we bought the fridge. When it was delivered , the delivery guys saw that it was an exact fit and the doors would not have been able to open in that space. They never suggested to take it back. Now after a couple days and submitting a return order, we hear that there will be a 25% restocking fee and a delivery charge. Aaron never returned our calls, and we felt that there was no longer a human interaction with the store. In the past we have given a lot of business to Canadian Appliance Source in North York, but we plan never to buy from them again!! The experience was awful. We decided to keep the fridge, sell it on the web, and go to another store to get a new fridge. We are so disappointed!!

    Purchase New gas dryer

    Went looking for dryer & wanted G E and C A S had one in stock and in 3 days had new dryer in in our home . Thanks for quick and great service .

    NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    Received a fridge over 6 weeks ago with missing shelves and broken control panel. No help at all. Frustrated beyond belief. They will not fix it or replace it. CAS refuses to do anything, referring us to the manufacturer who is also doing nothing to help.

    New Washer and dryer

    The purchase and delivery of my new washer and dryer was fast and efficient. The guys that delivered and installed the stacked LG system were professional and friendly. I highly recommend CAS and LTi Logistics will definitely be purchasing my appliances from them in the future.

    Dryer purchase and delivery

    Great and prompt service. Delivery was clean and efficient. Paid for delivery amd removal of my old washer which was only 20 dollars.
