Avoid purchasing any appliances from them. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. In April, I bought a dishwasher that came leaking. They suggested a third-party contractor called Quick Contractor, who also has terrible customer service. When I contacted the customer service of the store (CAS), they advised me to contact the distributor of the brand for an exchange. However, the machine itself is fine, and the distributor won't exchange it. The problem is with the installation, which was done by the recommended third-party contractor. I reached out to Canadian Appliance Stores multiple times to resolve the issue, but they kept sending technicians to check without offering a refund. It has been two months, and the problem remains unresolved. The dishwasher is not working, and its exposed state has caused physical injury and property damage (flooding). They refuse to provide a refund or exchange, only insisting on reinstallation, which should have been done two months ago. They have also rejected compensation requests for the property and physical damage caused over the past two months.
