    New GE Cafe range

    Excellent advice as to which range to choose and excellent offer. Will use CAS for our other appliance needs with our upcoming kitchen reno.

    Poor customer care, items out of stock and delivery problems

    I used to be a huge fan of this store and had in the past bought many appliances. But customer service has deteriorated dramatically: 1) I wasn't told part of my on line order item was out of stock until after paid in full and received delivery details days later. 2) When I wanted to cancel the order I was promised on the phone that I could ship the available item immediately and the second out of stock item would be shipped no additional charge later on arrival 3) It turns out they will not ship the second item and it must be picked up. It showed up in another city for pick up 1 hour away. They refused to issue a credit for the second delivery or refund the first. I wanted to cancel the entire order and they refused as I had taken delivery of the first item (after being given misinformation). 4) To learn there was nothing they could do to fix this, I was on hold on the online chat as #1 in queue for 50 min (until I gave up), and was twice told someone would follow-up in person and no one did. When some one finally followed up they couldn't help me other then moving the item for pick up 20 minutes away instead of 1 hour. In conclusion - they don't really have a customer care team with enough staff to respond to customers or any ability to resolve problems. They will admit to giving wrong information and don't care.

    KitchenAid Duel Fuel Range

    I originally ordered this range from one of the box stores, huge mistake. It was damaged in transit twice. I called Canadian Appliance Source and they were able to deliver it next day. I've purchased from them before and have always been very satisfied. They are now my sole go to for Appliances. I've never had a bad experience. As for the range, I've only had it a few days but am loving it so far.

    Refrigerator purchase

    Looked online and compared various brands and found CAS had the best price. After the purchase online I was emailed and contacted by their rep to confirm my purchase and delivery. My delivery was next day with the removal of the old fridge. I love the tracking feature of my purchase as well as the text message indicating my delivery was next in line. Delivery guys were effecient and helpful. Would definitely purchase another appliance from this site.

    Washer/dryer

    Appliance as expected. Delivery staff courteous and careful. I would recommend purchasing from CAS again.

    Home renovations

    The guys that delivered our appliances were friendly, careful and respectful of our home. They were efficient and knowledgeable about the appliances.

    Range

    The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. The range was in stock and delivered quickly. I like that we got notified the night before the delivery about the delivery window and could track the delivery on the day. I wish all stores did that. We did some research on the website before going to the store and that was helpful too.

    Broken appliance

    Fridge comes broken when I called customer support a Lady in india, informed us they can't replace it because we opened the Box. Stay away from these unprofessional guys.
