Worst customer service after you get appliances. They are good at selling, and after delivery they take no responsibility.
We got a washer and dryer top of the line, delivery was next day. After taking all the shipping plugs out, we did a load of laundry. We had no leaks on our water hook ups. The washer flooded our laundry room.
Water was pooring from under the washing machine. Clearly this is a defective unit.
We called, and emailed Canada appliances. We were told once they sell the unit they don't have anything to do with warranty. We were told we had 48 hours to call about issues.
Now we have to go through the manufacturer that says they are going to fix it. We bought and paid for a new appliances and we get junk from them.
At no time did they ever ask if our house was ok. Never again, we have already told many people not to do buisness with them.
Do you buisness elsewhere and you will be glad you did

Calling and emailing next day, they told us once they sell it, they have nothing to do with it. They don't take back used appliances. So when it doesn't work from the start, they don't care.
