    Dryer and Washer purchase

    The sales process went well overall. It's an overall aggressive process but pricing was way cheaper than any other comparable stores. Everything was negotiated between chat and phone. We agreed on a full inclusive price for one dryer and one washer in 2 distinct delivery (without additional fees). The first surprise came after the delivery of the first item. I got an email asking to pay additional fees. After multiple calls with their customer support team and sales, they finally agreed to respect the initial deal we had and waive the fees. This is what was agreed during the sales process and took also one full day of calls and emails to get this resolve. The Customer Support team was overall unhelpful. I was finally able to get resolve but this added un-necessary time and effort. Then the next issue happened after the delivery of the second appliances. There was a visual flaw, as per the delivery team, and they offered an additional discount if I kept it. I agreed for the discount and kept them as the visual flaw was in the back and wasn't going to be visible. The delivery team then called the customer support team and I confirmed with them the discount and that if anything wasn't working correctly (and not just a visual flaw), they would help. After the installation, I noticed they aren't working properly. Overall, the delivery team was great and on-time. I really liked the ability to track delivery. After multiple calls and emails, this is still un-resolve. I have a broken dryer and Canadian Appliance Source doesn't provide any support.

CAS receives all of the products we sell directly from the manufacturer, in their original packaging. CAS does not sell refurbished appliances.     Very poor customer service that refuses to refund me

    I ordered $4300 of appliances via their website and before it shipped realized that they wouldnt fit. So I contacted my sales rep trying to cancel it. He was out of office so I called the customer service and was told that only the sales rep I dealt with can cancel an order and my only option was to wait for him to reply. He has not responded to a single call or email and the office says all they can do is send him a message. Apparently no manager or anyone exists that can help me. They keep telling me Ill get a full refund when I sales rep replies, but he hasnt. It is very frustrating and completely unacceptable for such a large company to have such a policy

    One happy camper

    My sales person was professional. Understood my needs and clearly addressed all of my concerns. Explained what he could do personally and told me who to contact for what he couldnt do. When I needed to contact him, he got back to me right away. I was contacted immediately to arrange for delivery and it was scheduled for 5 days after purchase. Delivery date was confirmed by email, text, automated message and live person. And on date of delivery I was kept in the loop with time updates. They arrived exactly when they said they would. The two man team were amazing and totally prepared with my paperwork to sign made lifting heavy items look like a breeze. They took good care of my home while they were moved large items through the doirway. Very impressed and will definitely shop again and recommend CAS to anyone looking to purchase appliances.

    Horrible customer service when purchasing a GE fridge

    My sister and I went to the Hamilton in Burlington store to buy a fridge. The sales person told us lots about the fridge, but never told us that insulation was not included. The fridge arrived two days later. My sister is a senior with disabilities, and there is no way that she could install this fridge on her own. We called the company and explained our situation and they told us they do not offer installation. We would have never bought the fridge from them if we knew it did not come with installation. Once again, buyer beware! Canadian appliance needs to have signs in their store, on their website and tell their sales people to state installation is not included as customers do not have a crystal ball. no empathy towards seniors with a disability.

    Dishwasher

    Chatted online with sales employee who provided a competitive price (discounted from MSRP shown on their website) on a new dishwasher and threw in the junction box free of charge. Delivery was scheduled for the next day. Delivery was on time and staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Have yet to install the dishwasher but a really great experience so far.

    GE Cafe

    It took 27 months to get our GE Cafe induction stove during covid, but CAS did a good job at keeping us informed throughout the process.

    Washer and fridge

    Really fast and efficient delivery. The online service worked well for me tho it was the first time I used online chat to buy such appliances and I wasnt so sure about it at first.
