Telephoned McKinley Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing for an appointment in order to inspect my furnace and hot water tank. DANIEL presented himself in a timely manner. He was very professional, thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. My furnace and hot water tank were excellently serviced and cleaned. He even cleaned around my fresh air intake! He advised that my furnace, hot water tank and water softener were ending their life span and replacement should be considered in the near future; I appreciate the heads up! All in all, he did an excellent job and I will be hiring this company for my heating and plumbing needs and I would recommend this company and their staff heartily.

Mid-life crisis out of my Lennox Mid-efficient furnace, 8yrs old. the inducer motor went a few months ago and was replace. Trouble-shooted my humidifier as well and all good. Determined something wrong with the blower motor this week and started smelling burnt electrical yesterday. I made an online appointment Aug 23rd at 11:30am and hoped for a technician Aug 24th on my day off (never expected). Gave an alternate date for next Wednesday. Had to shut down the entire system so the fan wouldn't engage. Thankfully not winter yet. Got a call from McKinley Service Experts this morning informing of the pending tech visit and Eric showed up within the window of 8-10am. Explained the situation and he also quickly deduced the blower motor had seized. He had a replacement in the truck, but my mounting bracket was different. He hastily went to the shop for the correct motor and was back in half hour. he had the unit installed and working within another half hour. All fixed again withing 24hrs of making the call; couldn't ask for more in the service from these guys. A $1000 this year on the 2 major motors...hoping for another 8-10yrs out of this furnace. Eric was very professional, clean and quick. He even took away the old inducer motor that was left by the last technician, saving me a trip to the recycling plant. other than the price of the motor itself, the service call was excellent.

Called McKinley to replace 26 year old Lennox furnace, a representative was sent out and confirmed that we needed a new one and went over the various options and a appointment was scheduled in short order.The HVAC GUYS Darrell & Joe arrived on time,were very professional and explained the process in Plain language. They cleaned up nicely after install and have no hesitation recommending McKinley for your needs.

We had the annual service inspection for our furnace, air conditioner and humidifier completed this year by Travis Day. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, personable, tidy and very respectful of our house. Thanks to Travis Day and McKinley for another great year of service.

Mike Krill from McKinley is easy to deal with, very thorough a real pro. I had a few quotes and Mike's presentation was the difference and deciding factor. The installation went very smoothly, the technicians were courteous, real professionals, and took the time to review the simple operation of the new system.

For anyone thinking, should I or should I not.... when it comes to your Furnace and AC (your equipment), give them a happy life... We just had our AC and Furnace tuned up and cleaned by Justin. Nice kid. Took his time and did it right. If you check in once and a while and ask the service experts questions, you know when some one knows their stuff. Just ask a few questions and learn.
