Coldest day of the year, of course our furnace quits. Called Mckinley and Josh Weiss saved the day with promt and efficient service. Thank you for being so informative and pleasant.

This last weekend my furnace went down. I contacted McKinley Heating immediately and was informed that someone would contact me asap. Taran came out to look at my furnace and diagnosed the problem immediately. Taran did not have the part that was needed but was able to get it and install it the following day. Taran communicated the problem very well and had the product installed within the estimated time. I would recommend McKinley heating to anyone I know!

We needed a new HVAC as ours was 28 years old and died. We called McKinley Heating Service Experts as we count on them for our heating etc. needs for several years. We called in the morning and WOW, Jordyn Godue (Sales Consultant) showed up in the afternoon. Jordyn did a wonderful job explaining our options, checked everything in our basement and was a great communicator. She answered all our questions and we purchased a new HVAC. The installation was done by Fredie and Mark. They were on time and did a great job! They were friendly, informative and hard working. Fredie made sure everything was done right, cleaned up after and made sure I understood how the HVAC operated and understood how all the settings worked.(I am Deaf). Another great job by McKinley Heating Service Experts!

Travis Day came over a did a complete service on my furnace. Did a great job!! Was very complete and knowledgeable. Pleasant to deal with and very professional. Will use him again.

So for some reason we were having a lot of condensation in the house . So I called these guys up to inspect coz I'm fairly new to this country and needed a professional advice on what needs to be done . This guy shows up and other than him half heartedly telling me that my water tank needs a change and he won't charge me the visitation moneyif I buy it from them, he did absolutely nothing . He guessed that I was having bad insulation but offered no solid reasoning . I wish he hadn't made a wrong commitment on the phone to me of "inspecting" what's wrong and then show up , do nothing except guess the problems and charge me money for just showing up . Make sure you clarify what exactly would this guy is means when you request some service

Nickolas came to do the furnace tuneup and dida great job he was very informative and very pleasant good worker,he told me his concerns re my furnace that it was getting older and may be should be changed in the near future
