Window replacement
We took advantage of a government rebate program to replace the front door, the basement window and a window at the top of the second floor stairs. The windows and door are of excellent quality. They never frost over even on the coldest nights. The front door is attractive and draft-free and the basement finally became comfortable. The installation was quick and professional, and the house is more comfortable (and energy-retaining) as a result. If we can ever get more money together to replace the other windows, we will call Superior Home Improvements.

Windows and Doors
Great work inside and out! Once the work is done, there is no cleaning required. And their products last a long time. Some of my windows have been replaced more than 10 years ago and still look brand new.

window replacements
We had all the windows in our 2o year old home upgraded. We chose the brick to brick installation. Barry was our sales person and he was amazing. The install team was fabulous. After about 5/6 years one of the seals leaked and the window started to get a little foggy. We called Superior and they pulled up our records and ordered us a new window from the manufacturer. A couple of weeks later we got a call from the manufacturer telling us the window was ready and set up an install time. They showed up and that was that. So, not only were we extremely happy with the initial work but the after sales service was amazing as well. We have and will continue to recommend this company to everyone and anyone we know. And yes we would definitely use them again for anything else we might need to do around the house.

Window Replacement
We needed to replace all the windows and doors in our newly purchased house and called Superior Home Improvements. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. They also went the extra mile to help customize our windows and doors to suit our contemporary style and ensured we were satisfied customers. We have received several complements from family, friends and neighbours on how great the windows and doors look and how it has dramatically changed the exterior of the house. Window & Door Installation
Karl, the sales representative was a wealth of information. I learned so much about windows and appreciated the time he took to go over all the options with me. I didn't feel any pressure from him to make an instant decision, or to do all the windows at once. His "non salesy" approach was refreshing and it ultimately made my decision to go with them easy. The installers, Dan and Jamie were exceptional as well. They were extremely professional and hardworking guys and were very respectful of our house. Each window was installed with a great amount of care and we know how important that is. An overall exceptional experience. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Choose them and you won't regret it!

New Windows & Doors
We found Superior Home Improvements to be excellent to deal with from start to finish. The team of Barry, Art, Dan & James were friendly, professional and paid great attention to detail. We ended up very happy with the finished product and the quality of the product and service. We would have no hesitation in recommending Superior Home Improvements.

New Front Door
After moving into a home that had NO renovations done for 22 years thinking of renovating the entire home was extremely overwhelming. My husband and I decided to make the first decision and get a new front door for our new home. We had worked with the staff before at Superior Home Improvements and after winning a contest through SHI their was no doubt we would have them come make our new home ours! From the first consultation with Barry to help with measurements, colors etc to Dan and his team coming to do the install our overall experience was just fantastic! The staff are extremely skilled, professional and just an over all joy to work with!! Our new front door is in and looks beautiful. It's amazing how one minor stamp like this on a "new" home can brighten your spirits and feel like you can finally feel at home! I must say our new door is the best looking door on the block and its all thanks to the staff at Superior Home Improvements!

New Front doors, Front and basement windows
We LOVE our new windows and Doors installed by Superior home improvements!! What a great experience! We initially interviewed Karl when we were getting several quotes for the project from contractors. He was on time, professional, informative, and readily available even after his visit for follow up questions. His quote was very competitive, but the thing that sold us (on top of all the other positives) was that he told me we wouldn't have to replace our california shutters. He said Art could measure so accurately that we did not have to replace them. (every one else said we would need to get new ones...a huge additional expense) As promised, Art came and measured...again, very friendly and professional...very detailed and interested. We discussed all aspects of the installations, and decided that since he couldn't source mouldings around the windows that were exact, they would try to save our existing ones. Our windows came a few months after ordering. Dan, Jeff and Art installed them. From the minute the first window was finished, I was elated!! What a transformation. Art truly is an "art"ist when it came to measuring. The shutters fit like a glove, and the capping was beautiful! All three men were hard working, professional, and did an outstanding job. Our home looks like a different house completely. WELL DONE GUYS!! We will be calling them to do our back windows and patio doors next year, and will refer them every chance we get. SOOOO HAPPY!!

windows
I had all my basement windows replaced (6 in total) and Superior did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, worked hard and cleaned up when they finished. I would not hesitate to recommend them and plan to call them for additional work in the spring.

window replacement
I shoped around for a while looking for a company that offered a good quality window at a resonable price. In the end Superior Home Improvements was the winner and I am so glad I picked them because during and after construction I am completely satisfied 100 %!!!
