Front Door Installation
My in-laws had their front door replaced by Superior Home Improvements a few years back. The quality of the door system AND the workmanship/installation made the decision to go with them for our door, an easy one. Working with Karl during the design/quoting process made us very comfortable with the decision. He was very patient with us being indecisive and was always available for questions or concerns. Once the door was ready, Dan and his team were equally professional during the installation. They were very careful to protect our home from dust/debris (and the cold (-20) and the door went in beautifully. These guys were not the cheapest, but present an undeniable value for the no-stress, hassle-free, done-on time/on budget, clear communication, excellent end-result. Our only problem with the new door is that now we want the windows done.

Windows and Doors
I first employed Superior Home Improvements to replace a front door in 2000. In the past 15 years they have replaced 4 exterior doors, 1 large patio door and a couple of windows (the approx cost listed is for all the jobs together). Since we have an older home, each replacement has presented its own set of unique challenges. Too daunting a task for many but they have always come through with flying colours. From the time we meet with Art or Karl for an estimate, to dealing with Jeff for the install, their service has been nothing short of exemplary! They are HONEST, trustworthy, competitive in pricing (better quality products most times at a lesser price), reliable, qualified, and a pleasure to deal with. Their installers are pleasant, diligent, informative and ALWAYS leave your home free of debris and clean - you would never know they were there when they are done. I have recommended this company to many family members, friends, neighbours, and business associates, none have been disappointed. In the construction industry it is VERY hard to find a good trade but when you do it is like having a great mechanic. You might not need them every day but when you do it is nice to know that they are there to help, you can trust them to do the job right and not take you for a ride. It is also encouraging that since Superior have been in business for so many years, if a problem does arise, they are still around to rectify it. If you need windows or doors, this is the ONLY company you need to call. I am an extremely picky person - wanting all the details taken care of and they have never disappointed - call them, you won't be disappointed either.

Windows replacement
Excellent workmanship, good company, great people, courteous, finished work on time as promised. Barry K was excellent to deal with. Honest. A company you can trust! Will call again for future projects.

WINDOW AND DOOR
Recently we went out for quotes to replace our back door and kitchen window. After receiving several quotes we went with Superior Home Improvements. They offered the best value for our budget and provided premium products without the premium cost. Right from our first meeting with their sale representative, we knew that we were dealing with a top notch company. Karl not only provided a friendly and professional service, he answered all my questions (I had a lot of those). He provided us with valuable information and helped us to choose the best window for our kitchen. Within a few days of signing the contract, Jeff came to do the final measurements. He confirmed that it would likely take 6 to 8 weeks for our order to arrive. We were very pleased when, 6 weeks later, we received a call from Jeff saying that our order had arrived and they were ready to install it. Within a few days their installer arrived. Dan was punctual, skilled, and efficient. When he ran into an unexpected problem with the installation of our kitchen window, he found a solution quickly. With approval from the office, he took care of the issue and the rest of the install went very smoothly. He made sure the door and frame were fitted perfectly and the lock operated smoothly. He made sure that he had cleaned everything up before he left. Although this was not the first time we have replaced windows or doors, it is the first time that we have been totally satisfied with the company we were dealing with. We would highly recommend their services and would use them again without hesitation. Thank you to Karl, Jeff and Dan for making this a positive experience. NOTE: The day after the install I received an email with all the warranty information on both the window and the door. It had all been completed by Superior, so I did not have to do anything.

Window and door
I can't say enough about this company. They provided service you always hope for on a project, but rarely get. They were upfront and honest with all their product information and how their product would fit in with my home, they gave realistic timelines and they delivered when they said they would. I couldn't be happier with the installed product. Thanks guys!

Window Replacement
We recently had all our windows done and were extremely pleased with the service and work provided by Superior Home Improvements. Karl took his time to explain things to us when we got our quote. The installation team of Art, Dan, and Jamie installed our windows with care and were able to troubleshoot any problems encountered. They also made sure that everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get windows done. Their work shows that they stand by their motto of “Do it Right, Do it Once!”.

window replacement
The entire Superior Home improvements team were excellent to deal with from start to finish. Jeff took the time to explain the many features of Vinylbilt windows, Barry helped us select the proper models for our application and Stu & Dan were incredibly professional with the installation…they were courteous, ensured our house was protected inside/out, finished on time and did a thorough cleanup upon completion. The windows look great and work beautifully; we could not be happier! Would highly recommend the Superior Home Improvements team for all your new window needs.

New window installation
Added a brand new window in the kitchen. Everyone at Superior Home Improvements were superb. They were friendly and professional and the installation crew led by Dan was awesome as they worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Possible electrical problem was solved by Art on the job site. All of the staff in this company are 'SUPERIOR' as they go above and beyond. One happy customer with the service and product. I recommend them to anyone. I know where i am going to go for my next window !!

Sliding Patio Door
The whole experience working with Superior Home Improvements was nothing but positive from beginning to end. Barry the sales rep was very professional and informative, and the young man who did the installation was top notch. We couldn't be more pleased with the product as well.
