We are in a new build/subdivision , and decided to upgrade our front and backyard patio. From the start to the very end, we were impressed by everyone! We loved being able to give them our initial designs, and work closely with their talented teams each and every step of the way. The end results were even better than we envisioned! Ive included a before shot of our front yard, and needless to say, it made a huge difference. I used this company in the past and was very happy with their work; and after over 5 years, the work still looks great so I decided to use them again. In fact I had to do a walkout basement recently and had to break up a part of the concrete; the contractor commented on how strong the concrete was, making it difficult to cut. The owner came out every time I called with a request and they cared that I was happy with the job. I made some mistakes in my choices and they did their best to make me happy by being creative. Thanks Pro Concrete for making me feel like smiling every time I look at my backyard!!!

From the initial consultation to the end result, the entire crew was professional, cheerful, and diligent. After the team finished on the final day, they drove away at twilight - only to return half an hour later because it started to rain. They covered the walkway and porch in heavy plastic, and preserved their hard work.

This past summer (2023), we hired Pro Concrete and Paving Ltd rip out our old patio and pool deck and to replace it with a design and layout that was much more pleasing to the eye and very low maintenance. The proprietor of the company personally took the time and effort to oversee all aspects of this quite large project. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about all the crew and office staffs' attitude, skill and professionalism. We were pleased to put an advertising sign on our lawn as the job was in progress, we would recommend Pro Concrete and Paving Ltd to anyone looking for very high quality work at a fair price. Incidentally our neighbour told us about how pleased they were with Pro Concrete doing their recent project. They have done quite a few jobs in our Burlington neighbourhood and I suspect most of their recommendations come from word of mouth. Thank you to Silvio and all his staff that enabled our job to be completed to our entire satisfaction in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

Replaced a sloping patio stone walkway with white brushed concrete. Replaced a wore out asphalt driveway with new asphalt. Added curbs for a beautiful finished look. Changes in the design were suggested by the efficient and experienced crew which removed a slope hazard and improved the look and transition. This all was tore out and installed over a three day period. A minor issue with a puddle in the driveway has been quickly reviewed and a promise issued to correct. This company truly stands behind their warranty.

Pro Concrete did an excellent job installing a new driveway, front path, and backyard terrace. Arrived on time, kept us informed of progress and cleaned the site at the end of work every day. Neighbours have commented on how nice it looks. We are very happy and highly recommend Pro Concrete.

We are so disappointed with Pro Concrete. We got stamped concrete done on our porch and they made a poor job with the saw cuts. It looks horrible! They ruined the front veranda. When we mentioned our concerns, the crew foreman said to put a welcoming mat and it wont be noticeable. Well, the cut is right in front of the mat and its still looks horrible. They patched up a big crack on our rock face steps by using silicone to fill the crack. Also, on our contract, they wrote they will put 2 coats of seller but they only did one. They were going to skip installing the sono tubes had we not mentioned to them before the pour. All in all, we are disappointed with the overall job.

Pro Concrete put in a new stamped concrete for us last Fall. They did an amazing job. It is gorgeous. We had one small chipped spot that was noticed after the winter. Their Repair Team came and addressed it. Great experience.
