What can I say? One of the best experiences that I've ever had with any contractor. They're professional, clean, quick and efficient. They take the time to explain the process before the job starts and work with you all the way to the end. I highly recommend Pro Concrete

I am extremely impressed with Pro Concrete and would highly recommend them to anybody. Last November they rushed to get my concrete steps, porch, and pathway done for me before the winter set in. They needed to rush due to my persistence in wanting it done last year. Well what happened was that a molding form was put in backwards which effected the look of a nose on a step. Because the job was essentially complete and I was relieved that we had some safe steps and walking path through the winter I paid for the job with the promise of the problem being fixed this spring. Some might say that wasn’t smart but I had a very good feeling for this company although I did have times when I wondered what the fix would be like. I am taking the time to write this note because of the response this spring. Luiz, the boss of the crew that did my job last year recently made arrangements for us to meet and discuss the repair. What he had to say blew my mind. He thought there could be a colour match problem with a repair and what he is planning is to take it all out and redo the whole job. His crew came the following day and did just that. They broke up and removed an almost perfect job and replaced it with a perfect job. Totally amazing service Luiz. We are very happy and grateful for such a massive response to our problem. In my opinion something can always go wrong with any job but what separates the good from bad is how the company resolves the problem

I have to give them a 5-star rating after them servicing my driveway. I’m a person who pays attention to details. Just a couple of samples, I have a bunch of plants in the front yard when they started my project. They covered all the plants to prevent them from damaging. After the project was done, they mailed me a maintenance guide regarding the driveway. Useful tips were given to homeowners like me who had no knowledge prior. Customer service was outstanding too. A small area of my steps were slightly damaged due to extreme weather, I walked over to them and told them the situation while they were working on one of my neighbors’ driveway. Surprisingly, they came over and fixed the issue on the same day later on. Overall, the experience was pleasant and efficient. Strongly recommended!

We were looking to have our driveway, front entrance and back patio done in exposed concrete. We’ve seen work done by Pro Concrete in our neighborhood and decided to get a quote. George came out and listened to our requirements and provided suggestions and written quotation. He’s very knowledgeable and explained in detail what would be done. We were surprised and expected them to come in much higher than other contractors. The installation crew arrived on time, were friendly and Sylvio kept us informed all the way through. They completed the work with minimal disruption to us. Due to the weather conditions in November, they informed us that the concrete border and sealing would be done early Spring. The work has been completed as promised and we are extremely pleased, looks amazing and our house shows out on the street and we’ve received numerous compliments. A huge thank you and kudos to the entire team at Pro Concrete, they are professional, knowledgeable, fast, reliable and experts in their field. We highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

We had Pro Concrete do our stamped concrete patio in our backyard in July 2017, it was a great job but we had couple of cracks. They suppose to repair the cracks in September but we never heard back from anyone. We called them in February 2018 and they came in June, but the person could not repair the cracks because got bigger and suppose to send somebody else to fix this year, but nobody came to repair. I tried to contact them, sent several emails, never got a response, called several times and no answer, left voice mail and never heard back from anyone. The job is still under warranty and we are very disappointed with the customer service.

We had a couple of cracks that were caused at the edge of the patterned overlay in 2 locations, while moving bags of garden soil etc.. After contacting Pro Concrete, they informed us we were in their queue and came by in few weeks, patched the cracks, but they cracked again after they dried out... Without having to call them back, another team came back to investigate the state of the repair, was not pleased with what they saw, redid the whole section, and now over a couple of months later of it still being fine, I thought I should appreciate the diligence applied. Excellent customer support. Really glad we went with Pro Concrete and we stand by our original high recommendation of this company.

From first contact Amy, Diane to different stages with Silvio, George, Duarte, John, Henry, Daniel and the team. Henry( hope I have the name right) rang my doorbell on a rainy Sunday and let us know that he is going to scrub the release from the stamped border because he did not want it to get too dark. That is pride of work!! George kept in constant touch and replied to all my emails promptly.The best compliment is when people from my neighbourhood inquire about the job. Thank you.

Two years ago we selected Pro Concrete from Hamilton to do the concrete patio in our backyard. At the time we gave them a ten star review on HomeStars. When it came time to have our front walkways, steps and driveway done we didn't even get a second quote from anyone else. The hallmark of this company is its commitment to the customer. While they are not perfect, when things do go wrong they do their very best to address the issue. The front of our house looks amazing and any concerns we had, all of which were minor, were addressed effectively. The two owners visit the sites and are part of the team including getting their hands dirty. We highly recommend this company for your concrete work.

About four years ago we had Proconcrete install a patterned concrete driveway and walkways. The work they did then was exceptionally beautiful. Recently we had a small issue with the driveway to walkway connection. I called Proconcrete and they sent out Rick to assess what needed to be done . He was very polite and explained thoroughly how he was going to fix the issue and has done so verry much to ur satisfaction.
