    Antiquated water system overhaul

    After hiring one plumbing company after another to upgrade our water system, and being let down by sloppy work ,double billing and complete lack of communication, we decided to give Doyle Plumbing a call. We were nervous about yet another disappointment and seeing more money going down the drain. Happy to say, we are very pleased we made that call. It is a very well run company, not cheap, but quality never is. From great customer service from the office personnel to follow-up visits when something needed tweaking, we found everyone to be courteous, punctual, focused and skilled at what they do. Most important of all, they actually listened to us and addressed our concerns. Thanks to everbody who worked on our system upgrade. We love the shower install done by Nathan and Connor. Tricky work, that one. Our appreciation to Paul and Josh for installing the submersible pump, UV system, water softener etc. That's just the short list of what they did. And kept us sane as well. We also have peace of mind now as everything is up to code, inspected and properly vented. We can, without reservation recommend this company to people who want a job well done. Mark and Riina

    Emergency plumbing.

    I called Doyle at 5 am one morning with 8 inches of water in my basement. Quick, helpful response. Every employee at Doyle who came to my home over 4 days was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. Darren even called to check them if the house was warm enough as I was without heat. He told me would come to my home asap with more heaters if necessary. Ryan and Cody who did the install of furnace and hot water tank were exceptionally helpful. Walked me through every step of the process. I would not hire any other company for these needs. They made a bit of a disaster much more tolerable! What a great company! Thank you.

    Water boiler problem

    My shop water boiler was cutting out on me. Sometimes the reset button would get it going again. Jamie from Doyle determined is was dirt/grit in the pump line and got it going. A day later it stopped working, again. During the repair I asked he have a look at the oil tank. (my mistake) He then slaps a 30 day red tag on my oil tank, sighting that the valve needs replacing. ( I had just filled the tank) Another company fixed my boiler issue (flame censer) and tightened one screw on the oil tank valve. It did not need replacing. Suffice to say, Doyle cost me a small fortune and lots of aggravation. I do Not recommend this company ! Do Not Use them!

    Tightening the valve is a temporary solution to prevent further issues. To fix the issue the valve should be replaced. Due to TSSA regulations and the insurance industry rules all parts should always be replaced if known to be faulty. If you do not replace the valve the liability lies solely on the homeowner and this could be costly due to insurance not covering damage from leaks that you have prior knowledge of. This is why the technician takes all necessary precaution to protect the home owner, the company, and the technician from liability by writing a non-immediate red tag until the repair is done.     Plumbing on Good Friday

    Not an emergency but called Doyle on Good Friday hoping to leave a message for Service on the weekend. As guaranteed, someone answered the phone and advised they had a plumber in our area. Within the hour Logan arrived. He was courteous, professional and had the job done in short order. The price was more than fair and we will recommend them highly. They are in our contacts now as a company to call.

    Nightmare

    I called because my shower was leaking. after just shy of $900 it still leaks and their operation manager says that is because we did not want the shower fixed???? They quoted another $465 plus HST but then did not call me back to arrange service after 2 days of trying to get them to come back they said I would prefer if you went elsewhere. Stay away this place is a disaster

    Saved Us From the Sewer

    Justin and Andrew from Doyle Plumbing saved the day for us today..we had a major plumbing/sewage emergency, and they came within a couple of hours of our initial call. They were friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and the price was reasonable for the service required. We would totally hire them again and recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs!!

    Bathroom

    My wife flushed her engagement ringstaryrd down the toilet. We called several companies to come help. Doyle was the first to arrive. They quickly removed the toilet and stuck a camera down the pipe. When they spotted the ring, Lance and Tom quickly started brainstorming what the next step would be. The final decision was to cut the pipe, push the ring, and catch it on the way down. It worked perfectly. Doyle Employees worked, fast, efficiently and respectfully. Thank you Doyle plumbing!

    service

    I would like to thank Doyle for all the services that I have rec'd. From Logan and (Mike) sorry. and Greg and Josh, Ryan and Kelly, Chris for there prompt response to my very urgent matter regarding my basement flooding. The job was completed today, Tues. and incident occurred on Friday. What a great group of employees they have! So personable and friendly! I would recommend this company to anyone!!! Don't hesitate to call them. They'll answer the phone.

    Septic tank problems

    Phoned your company thru your web site and called because of the positive comments . Having a toilet problem, not flushing... with my husband home from open heart surgery, this was surely a very urgent matter. The service we received from your firm was outstanding, from your office staff , to your technician, Dustin Macdonald, who arrived promptly, and assessed the problem within minutes! He got us as they say back on line for the day.. and returned the next day to install a new pipe to our system. We can't say enough of how professional and personalble Dustin is. All this was done with the temp below minus temp.. and he even brought me some firewood in.. thank you Dustin... Luce and Dave Smith your technical service man, Dustin Macdonald

    Mike came to service our boiler this morning and my husband and I were very satisfied with his efficiency and his pleasant manners.
