    Re piping of home

I would highly recommend this company, I was treated in a Professional and Courteous manner and the four men that worked on the Major job I had done knew exactly what they were doing and answered any of my questions without hesitation. This is the second home I have had them work in and would certainly recommend them.

    Plumbing back up

Called on a Saturday for a plumbing back up, after 5 minutes of snaking the drain no more problem. Tried to talk us into more work...floor needs busted up all new lines. Cost for 30 min $255.00 Guys did not clean up, no shop vac, left the mess for me. I would NOT recommend this company to my Mom. Went to pay at shop...they moved, could not be bothered to change letter head, not even a sign on the door. Verbal quote for replacing the drain around $1500 - 2200.00 depending on parts, plus tax. Fast but sketchy.

I apologize for the confusion we had just moved to a new location and we were in the process of changing our letter head. Sincerely, Doyle Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

    drain

I paid almost 5 thousand to fix a plumbing problem and was given numerous guarantees that this would indeed fix the problem. Well it didn't fix the problem... and Brant Doyle told me that he would come back and fix the problem for around 7 thousand more dollars. I asked him would he guarantee that it would fix the problem this time... and he said...... yes. Needless to say, I didn't have them back and I regret ever letting them into my house in the first place.

    Answer from pro:

I'm sorry you feel the problem was not rectified, At Doyle Plumbing we guarantee our work and we will make all attempts necessary to fix the problem if given the chance. Sincerely, Doyle Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

    Furnace Venter Motor

I strongly advise staying away from this company. The owner is crooked and will have no problem taking you for a ride. They didnt bring the part I told them I needed and charged me $152.55 to come over and tell me what I already told them! Then they marked up the price of the motor to $550 for me. In addition since they didnt bring a part and it was a Friday, they would have to come back the following week to do the install. I told them not to come back to install the part which they were going to charge me another $150 for. I instead had another company come and instal the same motor for $318. With Doyle it would have been $925!! Bad service. I have heard two other negative stories from colleagues at work since. Apparently they already have a reputation. Stay away.

It is our policy when we receive a heating call we send a trained technician to diagnose any issue in case there are further issues. Once the diagnosis is made and the job is accepted by the customer the original service call amount is deducted from the price and used as a deposit. I'm sorry you felt you were over charged. Sincerely, Doyle Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

    Water heater was not working

I thought that calling a company that advertises FREE estimates would come out, tell me whats wrong and then we go from there. WRONG! I was handed a bill for a service call of $155 just for them to look at the unit and tell me I needed a new motor or new unit..... This I already knew myself and was looking to get a price on replacing the motor or replacing the unit. I foolishly signed the job sheet after their employee said that I can discuss the payment with the boss, continuing to say he is not leaving until I sign the paper. I called Brant Doyle and was told that he could tell right from the start that a low life like me is going to get a free quote and do the work themselves...... WOW ! This man claimed to know this because he has been in business for 20 some years..... with this attitude I dont know how! So dont call Doyle or you will be left like me with not hot water, a bill of $155, and on top of all that be called a low life!!

    Answer from pro:

I am not sure who you spoke with but I would never call a customer a low life or anyone else. It is our policy when we receive a service call we send a trained technician to diagnose any issues . Once a diagnosis is made and the job is accepted by the customer the original service call amount is deducted from the price and used as a deposit. I'm sorry you felt you were over charged and miss treated . We try to give our customers a competitive price, expert knowledge, and excellent customer service. new lines to septic

We were doing major landscaping, and noticed that one of the main lines out into our septic tank was cracked. We called Doyle Plumbing, as we had used them a few times before, and found them to be priced well, and their plumbers were curtious, professional and knowledgeable.

Leaking pipe that was ruining basement finnish

We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom that was causing major damage to our downstairs finish. After trying to get another contractor to come out and there being long wait times, Doyle plumbing was at our door within two hours and were able to find and fix the problem on the spot. When we had another leak there, the pipe broke in a differnt spot, they returned and repaired the leak quickly and at a very reasonable rate. The plumber was very competent and cleaned up completely when finnished. I would highly recommend them for any job.
