    Prompt Service

    Needed service on my older furnace, Atlantis responded quickly repairing the issue cost effectively and gave good advice on how to keep my unit running much better. Would highly recommend!

    Air Conditioning Unit and Thermostat

    Atlantis HVAC Systems came in and did a fantastic job. They explained what needed to be done and followed through perfectly. Very Professional, clean, organized, prompt, and efficient. Gave us exactly what we needed. I want to personally thank Tony and his crew for a Job well done!

    Furnace, AC, humidifier

    Furnace and AC needed replacing. Called around for a few quotes. Tony and his team were very professional. Didn't try to oversell. Offered a few solutions and answered all of our questions. Happy with the products. Installation was smooth and fast. Installed my Ecobee3. Very reasonable price . I would recommend them.

    New Air Conditioning and Furnace Installation

    Had my furnace and ac installed by Atlantis in Oakville. Extremely pleased with everything. Total professionals from start to finish. No pressure sales and very honest recommendation for all equipment. Would recommend! Special thanks to Tony and his team.

    Furance & A/C installed

    We are very pleased with Altantis Heating and A/C. From the sales person Tony who was more than helpful and the technicians who installed the furnace & A/C did a good job. Work was all done in good time. Would highly recommend this company.

    Not once has this company failed to deliver on any project, (three Homes)consistent high level of service with a great attitude, excellent eye for detail, customer service, product knowledge and desire to get it right are all second to none.

    Installed a furnace and AC unit.

    It was a pleasure working with Atlantis. Very prompt in service, a rare characteristic in trades. Followed back on all inquiries and estimates. Finished the job as promised. Left the premises very tidy and clean. Not to mention, the service team called back after install to make sure we were content the product. Truly a pleasure to deal with.

    Hvac System

    Worst Company ever. Took my $15K and did not perform the job as contracted.When I called the owner to complain, he hung up on me. Had to get a different contractor to finish the job or my 3 year old and 8 year old would have frozen to death.

    Customer service is our top priority and we would never leave a customer without heat in the winter. Unfortunately this customer wanted free services for an additional plumbing job, after we had completed several jobs for them that went very well. We offered a substantial discount, but couldn't provide the entire service for free which resulted in this negative review which is a complete fabrication. We were contracted to do a large job for them that was completed in March of that year. Everything went very well and this customer was satisfied with the work. Later that year in October we were contracted again to do a gas line hookup and were happy to provide them a discount, again they were pleased with the work. It was after that the customer asked for additional plumbing work and didn't want to pay at all for the service. We regret that things ended on that note, and we hope they can understand our position.

    Air Conditioner

    Hi About 6 years ago Atlantis installed my Furnace. The Price was competitive. They converted my Oil Furnace to Gas Furnace. They had done a great job. This summer 2013 I called them again to fix or replace my airconditioner. Unfortunely the Compressor died. Thier price was again very competitive. The technicians were friendly and left the place in better condition than they found it.
